Lorenzo D. was fantastic. He was very thorough doing my heat system maintenance. Took photos of the system, explained what he saw and measures he took to make sure my system would continue to work properly and efficiently.

First of all, Josh called me 1st to let me know he was enroute to my home & was on time..When he arrived he greeted me with a smile.. He was very friendly & courteous.. He had a very good attitude towards his work & appeared as though he enjoyed his job.. His overall attitude appeared sincere.. He took his time & was very thorough with all my preventative maintenance.In addition he took photos of my heating system & explained each one.. Many of our younger generation, as well as others of all walks of life, could learn a lot from a young man like josh.
He was also very professional & appeared eager to please customers such as myself.. Josh is truly an asset to Gilmore Heating & Air & he should be recognized as a valuable employee.. I'm 75 yrs old with lots of experience with techs coming to my home for many repairs over the years for other products. Thusly I feel I'm a good judge of character at this point..

On time and replaced ducts and blew in new insulation. The crews were very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Gilmore.

Lorenzo is a very pleasant person, very helpful. Did a job of eliminating certain causes of the leak. On his own initiative and with our approval he scheduled a plumber to come out and pin point the leak and consider next steps.

First time with Gilmore. From start on First call to Call telling me my tech was on the way. First class! Greg was wonderful. New his job had us running in no time. I have officially switch to Gilmore hands down🇺🇸😉

Jeremy and his crew were awesome! Clean, respectful and hard working! They arrived, introduced themselves and went straight to work. What I thought would take all day took 5 hours and system is operating great and, most importantly, better!

Jeremy came out to look at our 14 yr old tankless water heater that we’ve been having issues with. After seeing the issues and listening to the problems he recommended that we replace it. Jeremy listened to my concerns and then explained all of the options available. He was very thorough and even talked about moving the placement to another wall so the venting would work better.

Joe was a very good technician. He was personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he found to us (with pictures also). He gave us several options for how we could proceed and explained the club membership benefits to us. I really like how he seemed to have all day just for us- we weren’t rushed and Gilmore got to us earlier in the day than quoted. Excellent company!

As always, I had excellent service from Gilmore. My installer today was Nate who was exceptional. My water heater was very old & he had to make many adjustments to bring it up to code. A job well done! Thank you Nate. I have had my heating, air & plumbing work done my Gilmore & have never been disappointed.👍🏻
