Gilmore Heating, Air and Plumbing

Contracted with Gilmore on two recent jobs. They were very professional and responsive. Both were done in a very timely manner during the recent heatwave. I would definitely recommend, and would use them again.

This is my second experience with Greg R. and both times were outstanding. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and have manners that so many younger people lack today. This seems to be very common with the people that Gilmore hire and something I wish more businesses would practice. I’ve probably have said this before, but I’ll say it again, “You get what you pay for” and that really is what I have experienced with all my dealings with Gilmore. The peace of mind I get is priceless and I’m thankful to Gilmore and their entire staff.

Communication from the company was good. Technician Antoine was on time, very professional, and clearly communicated what was checked and status of furnace and ductwork. I was very happy with the service.

I have used Gilmore to replace my heat and air conditioner and I use them to keep it in excellent condition. They are a marvelous company and the people I have worked with have been very very nice and experienced. Fong has been my service rep for two years now. He is extraordinarily courteous and kind And efficient and caring. He makes good suggestions and he keeps my air conditioning and my heater running nicely. I request Fong for my technician. I also have recommended Gilmore to my friends and of course my daughter who just put in heat and air last year. Gilmore stands by its products and I appreciate that. If you call them they ask you how can I make you smile. They make me smile by being good to me. Every person I have dealt with at Gilmore has been polite and more than happy to help me. I’ve been meaning to write reviews on every single one of them but I’m terrible, I’m sorry to say, about not having done that, so hopefully this will make up for it. IHomesley

Antoine was kind and knowledgeable. He was charming and friendly. He did his inspection of my furnace, and then worked with me on the use of my “complicated” digital Thermostat. He answered all my questions, and left me feeling at peace with my system. BRAVO! Antoine.

Complete HVAC system replacement. From the sales, very professional and knowledgeable. The sales team never pressured or tried to up sell us into something we didn’t need. We had the install team here the very next day. The team was very polite, clean, and professional They completed the entire job in six hours. They left the work space clean, as if they were never even there. Great communication with the office staff. 10/10 would recommend Gilmore for any work you are looking to get done.

This was a yearly maintenance for our heating and air system. The tech did a great job, explained everything, made a suggestion that would keep the air conditioner cleaner and reduce our electric bill (yeah). Would definitely recommend Gilmore for any HVAC work

Without question, Joe S. is Gilmore’s Ace in the hole…i have used Joe on two family homes over the past 8 years for: semi-annual maintenance; unconventional work; &, new installs. His ability to I.D. solutions to complex problems (e.g., squirrel filled up 18” of heater vent pipe with acorns that clogged our heater core…ugly…), provide options for customers to make informed decisions, and precision on the work he does is unmatched. Based on his knowledge, skills & professionalism, he is the only Gilmore rep i will let work on our family homes, and i have shared his contact info with many of friends and neighbors. Trust me, he is worth the wait. Gilmore is lucky to have him on their team. As for Gilmore as a company, schedulers, plumbing staff (installed water heater for us), sales reps for new HVAC, they are Top Notch…You get what you pay for - now more than ever - so if you want peace of mind, go with Gilmore!

We've been using Gilmore since we bought the house 12 years ago at the recommendation of the previous owners. They've always been courteous, professional, and responsive. We subscribe to their maintenance plan, which gives you 2 inspections/cleanings a year and discounts on other services. Their customer service is great!
