6 month service on my system that was installed by Gilmore. My technician arrived within the stated time window, was pleasant and professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. His review afterwards was easy to understand with pictures that were easily understood.

My combo furnace / air conditioner HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Gilmore responded quickly, explained things clearly, was competitively priced and installed my new unit perfectly. My overall experience with Gilmore was fantastic! Every point of contact was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I couldn't be happier . I got a great new unit at a competitive price. Love it.

Jason H is very knowledgeable , professional and friendly as always. Jason fixed my unit twice this summer and it has worked well since. This is the 3 rd unit that Gilmore has installed in the last 33 years so I would not consider doing business with anyone else. Jason H is so knowledgeable about this unit I would like to have him registered as my all time technician if that is possible? .

My technician was from the office in Placerville. He was on time friendly and considerate. He explained all the statistics in his report to me and if all his co-workers are like him, they are a great company.

Carlos was an exemplary technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.. He explained to me what he was doing regarding maintenance on my system, he changed out the filter, he gave the unit a good wash, and I really appreciate the information that he gave me to In order to maintain my system properly. I cannot say enough good things about Gilmore! During the hottest heat wave, my AC unit decided to die and we were desperately looking for relief. Gilmore came to the rescue! Yes, it was a hefty financial investment, but Sean found me a lot of rebates so it was a lot more doable for me as a single mom. Shelly and Cassidy in the office are absolutely as sweet and caring as can be! When I signed the paperwork, Gilmore was out to me the very next morning. Not even 24 hrs after!!!! Now that’s what I call at your service customer service!

I was in awe of the production of the team that was put together for my install. Everyone- Gaven, Jeff, Jesus, Kenny and Larry and Jake- I cannot thank you guys enough for being patient, professional, courteous and just wonderful.

They were excellent, on time and worked as hard as any team I have every used for any project. Had other companies come out for estimates with poor response, no response or worse. Gilmore was the best by far. Highly recommend them.

Jacob was great, i was happy to get the appointment the day I called. He gave me tons of insight on ac/heating and got our heat back on in no time. Great service!
