Bonnie was the call-taker; she was very patient and helpful. I could tell she was having a rough day dealing with unruly customers before me, yet she didn’t let that affect the way she communicated and tended to my needs. Shane was the serviceman, who responded to my home. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed it within minutes, and took another extra minute to function test the system and perform quick maintenance. I write this like it’s extraordinary, but this is normal for Gilmore and has been consistently for years. The BEST!
Rylan and his fellow workers were excellent. They had a tough job ahead - to remove my water heater which is in a bathroom closet with an HVAC system right next to it. A tight squeeze that they managed to pull off well. I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. The parts they used were high quality - a definite upgrade to the unit that they were replacing. They also installed a new toilet in the same visit. Thanks guys!
I placed a service call for a malfunctioning whole house air conditioning system. The customer support taking the first call was extraordinary! Very patient with my explanations, helpful and understanding. I believe it was either Becky or Bonnie, sorry, and I am not sure whether I remember the name correctly. The notifications before the technician arrival were very helpful to position ourselves accordingly. The technician Carson Fox responding to the service call was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything as he went along with the process. He worked taking safety as the priority number one! We are now set for any upcoming heatwave. We thank you Gilmore team for your excellence! 😊

The excellent timely customer service on the administrative and on-site crew members. Rebecca, the team lead was VERY professional and knowledgeable getting a WHOLE HVAC system replaced, went “above-and-beyond” making sure everything was done to our family’s satisfaction. Blake our service advisor was also exceptionally knowledgeable. Must recognize Israel, Robert, and Victor, as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😬

While there is still some work to do to finish the work, we are very pleased with the installation so far. We hope to see the men again this Friday (6/9) and have everything ready for the city/county inspector.

Gilmore gave me an estimate for a plumbing repair of $1700. I was astounded at the high cost. I had Conforti Plumbing come out and give me an estimate and they are doing EXACTLY the same repair for $500!!!!! Goes to show that some businesses are out for themselves, and other businesses are there to give customers a FAIR VALUE.
