Jacob is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, which is what I have found with all Gilmore employees I have encountered. He explained everything he found with our system. He found one minor problem, said it wasn’t urgent and that they could follow up next visit. He did not try to sell me the repair, just let me know what it would cost so I could plan accordingly. I highly recommend Gilmore Services.

On time, professional, thorough, efficient, communicative of work and findings and responsive to questions and concerns. Since initial installation and through two years of operations and maintenance the system and Gilmore’s responsiveness and care on annual maintenance has been great. Overall experience and outcome have been great.

Very happy with the needed repair on my A/C system. Jason initially came out to identify the problem, explain the recommended repair and he and an associate did the repair. They were on time, professional, explained what they were doing, efficient and completed the job in less than the time expected. I am now a member of the Gilmore Service Club and know that I will have great service in the future.

All my luck improved for the better when Jeremy showed up. A very personable and competent plumber. Talked me through th e whole repair situation making it easy to approve he g forward. Repair complete in less than 2 hours. ADD YO PREVIOIS COMMENT Fong really impressed me in that he asked about my water heater. It had gone out and the Gilmore plumb e had made see suggestions and quoted a price to get it started. I declined because I know it is on warranty. Well besides being a fi evand friendly HVAC technician Fong impressed me in his sense of concern towards Gilmore overall services. He left me with a strong appreciation for their maintenance posture and integrity. I porch to follow up on 2 of his suggestions. Fong demonstrates Gilmore is a company that cares about it's clients.

Love the professionalism of Gilmore Heating. Carlos was lovely to have in our home. He was knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly!

They were very responsive. Robert came at a time that I was taking down my tent in the front yard due to the horrible weather outside that was about to blow it away. He helped me take one part of the tent down so that it didn't get blown away and then he got to doing the job that he came to do. He explained what he was doing and pointed out things that I was not aware of. He said that he'd be about an hour and that is how long it took him. He provided me with the information that we spoke about via email. He was trustworthy and friendly. Thanks for sending him my way.
