    Demetrius G (tech review)
    There was a part missing that required a second day of a few hours of work which was an inconvenience. I don't attribute that to the team that was here working. So Demetrius was a professional and did an outstanding job keeping me informed and not making a mess. I was working at home so he , or the other 2 staff, always kept me appraised of what was going on. Demetrius updated me on a delay and exactly what they had to do before he left. He was a pro! I don't recall the names of the other 2 but the also did an outstanding job. The guy working outside was professional and took the time to explain the setup outside. I wasn't informed the ac unit would be so big and sitting on an 2" floor. It actually looks odd. Nevertheless he also briefed me on how to work the thermostat. The runner did another great job of telling me when they were testing or just any other issues. Clearly communicating w customers is big for Gilmore. Thanks for sending the A team.

    Gilmore gave me a second opinion on replacement of a blower motor. They advised that it may still be under warranty so I’ve decided to wait on replacing the motor until the warranty expires (warranty covers replacement only if the motor fails which it has not yet).

    Got my entire system installed by Gilmore late last year and have been very happy with it ! Had an issue with the thermostat that was installed and a guy named Jason came out to fix it and had it working properly within 5 minutes of being here! Very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend him and Gilmore as well!

    My AC wasn’t turning on and it was 104 degrees yesterday. I called Gilmore and spoke to them at 9:30am and they were able to get a wonderful technician Joe S. out to me by 3:30pm even though it was the first full day of summer. Joe was prompt, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He had the AC back on in no time and took time to explain options going forward to make sure the system continues to work well throughout the summer. I am impressed with the quick response, quality work and reasonable pricing which included a 10% military discount which this disabled veteran greatly appreciates, too. Thanks Gilmore!

    Gilmore installed a new A/C and furnace for us and blew in supplemental attic insulation. I’m cautious and received five bids and theirs was perfect, not to high and not too low. Their followup service was great - comparing the old and duct findings and performance ratings. Their tech Fong, just did a new supplemental check and again I received timeliness, courtesy, and in-depth analysis which was what I expected of this company. This company does all that they claim.

    Randall was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and helped me with scheduling future maintenance as well as a replacement consultation since my unit is so old.     Jeremy was great, he was on time and courteous, he did a great job discussing the issue with me and not at me, he did a great job explaining my options and answering my questions, he was easy going, low pressure and answered more of my questions with no jargon or bs. I got other estimates and chose Gilmore for those reasons - great job.
    Water heater install is next, I'm confident I'll receive the same level of service.

    Nate completed the install, he called to let me know he was on the way, he showed up on time, he assessed the job and got to work. He was very respectful in walking through house (to the sinks, to get to the gas line..) Once finished he explained the new water heater and its parts and he cleaned up his work space. Great level of service all around.
