    Both technicians that came yesterday were very courteous, thorough, and gave good advice for maintaining the systems. They were also clean and friendly. The phone customer service is always great as well. Gillmore’s customer service is exemplary and we are very pleased with their service!

    Jeremy was awesome. I was concerned with the possibility of a leak in the attic. He climbed up to the attic to check it out. He took his time to investigate and was thorough. When he came back down. He reassured me there were no leaks. He was also nice of him to check the plumbing behind my washer. It was such a relief to know there were no water leaks. He also recommended the use of a drain cleaner to eliminate unpleasant odors that come from buildup in them. The advice he gave me was priceless. He was kind, courteous and very helpful in helping me solve the problem. I am so glad I made the right decision to call Gilmore Heating,Air. Jeremy you rock!

    We had a new AC unit installed by Gilmore at the end of September and it is now more than 4 months later and the system still not complete with the permitting process.
    We had a quote through Costco (Sierra Pacific) for a 4 ton unit for about $15.5K. Gilmore offered a price of $15K, so we went with them and have regretted that decision on several occasions.
    The installers were rough with our carpet, walls, and flooring and we had significant clean up to do when they left. The unit was not operational after installation, so they had to come back the next day to replace a part. They left without sealing the vents and finishing the touchup work (painting, replacing a crawlspace board that they damaged, etc.). This extra work took 3 more trips resulted in a lot of frustration with the scheduling.
    Their testing partner (Stevens) was finally able to come for the leak test at the beginning of November and 2 days after the test was completed, we received a collections notice from Gilmore. The payment is not due until the work is verified to be completed, so I was floored to see that the very first communication regarding payment due was a collection notice. I had to request a copy of the invoice with payment instructions because nothing had been provided to us.
    The topper was the City of Roseville inspection last week which failed because the plenum was not properly secured. That will result in another trip from Gilmore and then a second visit from the City to finalize the permitting process.
    When this is finally complete (5 months after they started), we will have had 8 or 9 different visits from Gilmore, Stevens, and the City to finalize the work.
    There was also one free year of their service club membership which is supposed to be a month inspection and tune up. They finally called last week to get the first visit scheduled and the soonest they could make it was for April - a full 7 months after the installation started.
    This has been a very frustrating process and with all of the service lingo that the owner spews on TV, you would think that there would be one call, email, or letter from Gilmore apologizing for the multiple delays. Nothing.
