We had a routine check up. Very professional and on time. We are very happy with the visit.

Jeremy checked and inspected all our plumbing. The inspection is free so nothing to lose having friendly family owned business of plumbing and AC/Heating experts do the hard work for you and troubleshoot potential issues. Jeremy did a thorough inspection and found issues, each one individualized (separate quote breakdown and detailed explanation). I’m very impressed and will definitely use Gilmore for our plumbing repairs and issues! A shout out to Hayley who called and scheduled the appointment. Super friendly and professional! We had Gilmore install our double head minisplit system a year ago. Today they sent their technician, Fong, to provide us with a free maintenance. Fong spent almost an hour here getting things perfect. He was as professional as anyone could be and was just a joy to have here. Our system is suddenly running much better, and everything was cleaned off inside and out. I'm genuinely impressed with the attention to detail Fong had and how much he cared about making sure we were happy the entire time he was here. Fong is one of their best employees, hands down, that has visited our home. I'll be sure to request him in the future and I highly recommend Gilmore and their A/C services. Can't speak for the other things they do, but they've made our home much more comfortable with our A/C.

Michael B. did a great job! Was on time and went straight to work. I like that there is no pressure to buy or do unnecessary maintenance. Gilmore technicians are there to do the job and get it done right! Very professional and he made sure everything was put back the way it was before he got here.We have a maintenance plan with Gilmore that is very affordable and they schedule an appointment twice a year, one for the AC and the other for the heating. They make suggestions for cleaning or for better filters (discounted to members) but again no sales pressure at all. This is a great company and they stay on top of your Central heating and air maintenance!
