I got referred to High Performance Heating and Air by my friend who uses them for some time and was very impressed with their services. Unlike other services I tried to contact for help and did not get to hear from them for days, Alex returned my call in an hour and discussed my issue and we agreed on plan of action. Despite being busy with a lot of work after first hot days in Sacramento, he found a time slot and sent technician to my home in time convenient for me, and in 30 minutes problem was solved (burnt fuse in control board )! Great, great service by High Performance Heating and Air.
When our AC broke, we were told to fix the whole outside system which would have cost us a lot of money. My friend suggested me to call High Performance and Heating and Air and ask for their advice. When Alex came to our house to look at the problem, the problem was fix within few hours and till this day our AC still works like new, no problem with AC or any other issues.

Alex and his team are by far the best that I’ve dealt with. I wanted to replace my 20 years old AC and furnace so I had a few quotes. Alex had the best competitive prices and is very responsive to calls/texts. He doesn’t give you any HVAC jargon like the others. No BS with this team. Both AC and furnace replaced in half a day! Both new units working great! Everything done with permit and inspection. Highly recommended!

Incredible service! Alex helped me in the evening after he already had a long hot day. Hottest day of the year and our AC stopped working. He lives down my street and I walked down and called the number from the side of his van. He came right down and get me up and running within the hour! He has my business for life!
