Tim was the maintenance man. He was very polite, professional. He’s the 1st service man( electrical , plumbing etc) that’s actually taking the time to sit down and have a conversation about the issue and explain what, why was needed.
He’s was very pleasant to speak with & was honest with me which I greatly appreciate.
I wanted to take this time out to personally say thank you to Tim for being fast, kind, professional and a blessing.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He explained everything to me so I could understand what happened. He did not attempt to upsell. The response time was amazing. I would not hesitate to use Kappa-Air if you need to repair your AC or heating.

Brandon was friendly, professional and courteous. He did a thorough check of unit, and the issue did not repeat, but very happy with the service provided and would use them again without hesitation. I would call them if and when i need to replace this old unit

Overall the guys at Kapaa air are awesome. I had them fix the blower motor on my a.c. through my home warranty. Some other issues came up 1 1/2 weeks l had Kappa come back out and the A.c. is working great.

The absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They came out for a basic AC inspection and repair assessment from my home warranty company, as my AC was not keeping up with the summer heat. I have owned my home warranty policy for over 11 years and have service records the entire time. They reported to my home warranty company that I was tampering with my unit. Never have I tampered with anything! Why would I pay for a home warranty for 11 years then decide to give HVAC a try?

A second company came out for a second opinion and said that the compressor was failing due to age, and that there is no signs of it ever being tampered with. I now have to fight with my home warranty as they are trying to deny it due to the dishonesty and shady business practices of this company. IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY SAYS THEY ARE SENDING KAPPA AIR...REQUEST ANOTHER COMPANY!!! This company is dishonest and immoral.

Phillip was called out by our home warranty company. He was very honest and professional. We will be using them in the future for regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

Anthony and his father were very professional and in good spirits throughout my struggles. I HIGHLY recommend them especially in an emergency. They always arrive in a timely manner. Very pleased with my experience!
