Highly recommend!! Replaced my a/c unit. It's a MAJOR purchase and I never felt more at ease than I did at Rising Sun Air, Inc. At our first tune up, Brandon took the time to educate me and explain his recommendations and shared photos with me. He never once tried to pressure me into anything, just took the time to answer all my questions.

Pamela was wonderful!! Once I made the decision to proceed with replacing the unit, she walked me through the financing options and answered all my questions with that. Quickest response time I've ever experienced!

The installation team arrived and took extreme care ensuring my home was clean after installation. They cared about our dogs, letting us know when we could let them out. They definitely took pride in their work!!

Good experience with replacement. My old system was totally dead. They completed the job in 5 hrs, including remove old system, install new 4 ton outdoor unit, and indoor air handler. The only thing confusing is the attic entrance recovery can’t be on the same day afternoon. Anyway, I would recommend Rising Sun Air to everyone for their good service and low price.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. My AC went out in the beginning of summer. I called the office and spoke to Pam who was so nice and quick to get help out. We had multiple companies come out and quote for a new AC unit and we had the best experience with Rising Sun. They answered every question, were very professional and we felt the best with them. They came out and installed the next morning. The crew was amazing and got everything installed quickly…even cleaned up after themselves. Such a great experience with Rising Sun. Highly recommend them!

We scheduled with Rising Sun Air for an A/C maintenance that had been put off since buying our house. They had the best maintenance price with availability that we could find with good reviews.

During the appointment we were told our A/C unit looked great for how old it is. A part needed replaced it was also in need of a cleaning. They had the ability to do everything on the day of our appointment, which was great! Everything went great while the tech was here. A few hours after the tech had felt our thermostat stopped working and we realized the batteries in it were corroded. Due to this, we were unable to control our unit. Even though this had nothing to do with the maintenance, it just so happened to act up on the day of the maintenance, Rising Sun Air helped us tremendously. It happened on Friday after they closed and on Saturday there was no availability for a tech to come out. This company went beyond what they had to during this time. Even though the owner was on vacation, he called multiple times. He did his best to help us with information to try and get our unit working as well as suggestions on a new thermostat that they recommend over the one we were going to get that was more expensive and can cause issues.

They were able to send a tech out first thing Monday morning. He installed the new thermostat for us and made sure our unit worked properly again. During this week our unit has worked without any issues. We are happy to continue to use this company for all future maintenance with our unit. I highly recommend Rising Sun Air!

Rising Sun was at my building servicing my neighbors units today and when I asked if they could include mine, it took all of a few minutes with Pam on the phone to get on their schedule. The service team was very prompt and curtious and extremely knowledgeable. I liked that Brandon took several pictures of my roof top unit so I could see the condition of various parts of the unit myself as he carefully explained to me that everything was in good condition and working correctly.
He was also cautious accessing the roof area from my patio so as not to disturb or damage anything. Great job and team.

Rising Sun Air gives exceptional service with a smile. I have used Rising Sun Air for my mother-in-laws A/C that went out suddenly in the AZ heat. They came out and were professional, quick and efficient. I also liked they were friendly and I felt safe having them fix my mother-in-laws unit. have since used them for all my A/C tune ups and needs and couldn't be happier with there wonderful service.

Rising Sun Air removed an on my roof. The Rising Sun office staff was very friendly and courteous. Adrian was also friendly and professional. He had no problem with the job. The price was great and I didn’t feel like I was getting gouged, even though I asked him to deal with removing the water and electric lines. Great people! I will use this company again!
