So HAPPY we found them!!
We were looking for someone to help us with our older air-conditioning unit and stumbled upon SG Mechanical Heating and Air on Google.
Miles came out for an emergency call because our air conditioner went out again. He was on time, nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was quick with his work too. Didn't try to upsell anything or charge us for extra work, which made us feel safe and like we were actually being taken care of. He saved the day and fixed our unit in this Phoenix June heat!
We loved him so much we decided to ask him if we could sign up for their service club membership!

S&G has been servicing our 8 heat pumps for about 4 years at the association in Sun City and have never had a complaint or issue with the company. They arrive on time, notify when in route contact and give a detailed account when completed. Have made repairs on equipment and have always been honest and straight forward on cost & type of repair. Andy and the office staff are very professional, efficient and handle request quickly. I recommend S&G to anyone needing service. Over the years I have used a dozen companies and I will state that S&G is by far the best HVAC company in the valley.

SG have been great. Today our tech Ray was great to work with. He inspected each unit (we had 6) and patiently reviewed with our maintenance manager what needed to be addressed. He was thorough, courteous, we highly recommend him to do your yearly maintenance.

I've used S&G for over 2 years and have always been pleased with their prompt service, timely call backs and knowledgeable technicians. Andy was very helpful explaining what new heat pump would be best for my house and I would be happy with it's performance. I decided on a Bosch single unit heat pump with a variable speed. It's very quiet and will be energy efficient saving me on my energy bills.

I am very pleased with the maintenance service by technician Miles on my AC unit yesterday. He has over 20 years experience in the field and was by far the most thorough and professional service that I have experienced. He offered to replace my indoor filter without my requesting him to do so. Kudos to Miles as well as to SG Mechanical for great service. *****

Extremely fast and clean work for central humidifier installations (they installed 4 units over our 4 AC systems). Warranty repairs was also promptly executed. Very professional and proficient crew.

We used SG Mechanical to install a humidifier into a new HVAC system. The consultation with Andy, the owner, and installation of humidifier and new thermostats and build of new plenum were exemplary all around. Andy's team - Cody, Kirkland, Zach and Miles - were all extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Of note is how attentive they were to cleaning up post-install - floors swept and wiped down (even the tops of the floorboards!). Very responsive and the expertise of this group is evident. It was a delight to work with Leah, Andy and Miles over the phone and via email throughout the entire process! Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system.
