Let me begin with SG’s re-installation of my whole house humidifier. They found that the initial installation by a different company had been a failure. It now runs perfectly because of the excellent work of SG. As a result of their work, they are now my go-to HVAC team. I can absolutely refer SG for their excellent work and customer service.

The HVAC Technician was a gentlemen and experienced profesional. Diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently made the necessary repairs and the unit was back up and running. I would HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical!!! Our 20 year old unit died in the middle of summer. It was miserable. Leah was so great and very quick to get a hold of me. Because I was at work we had to do a little bit of phone tag. She never stopped until she got a hold of me. She worked with my schedule. Andy was right on time and very honest about what we needed and when it could be done. We had a quote by the end of the business day. From first call to quote was 11 am to before 5!! Andy worked a miracle and was able to find what we needed and get guys to our house on Friday. My husband was there for the installation and said Matt Stone and Kirkland Ulrich were amazing! They worked so hard and stayed to make sure it was working properly. And it was Matt's birthday. He still stayed. They were right on time and very professional. We had a minor issue and had to call the emergency number during a holiday weekend and Miles came out sooner than we expected. Fixed the issue very quickly. Andy was great with making sure everything has been taken care of. I would give everyone a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you so much for everything SG Mechanical!!

AC went out over night on a Sunday. EXCELLENT response. Never imagined I would have Kirkland at my door by 9:00 AM. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and found a bad contact switch that fixed the problem. Lesser companies can be found who would take this opportunity to upsell a capacitor or other component. Kirkland fixed the only real problem, resulting in a very reasonable service cost - ALL ON A SUNDAY. How often does that happen? Good job.

I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

Our air conditioner broke down on Sunday, and they were there in a couple of hours to figure out what was wrong and fix the problem.
I highly recommend this company. Everyone we have dealt with have always been professional and courteous towards us!!

Update-Absolutely highly recommend this contractor! Initially after needing Miles to get my unit up and running, I then started the project of getting quotes to have the unit replaced. Because of the great customer service I received from the service call and their excellent pricing, I decided to go with SG for the replacement. Kyle did an excellent job installing as well as leaving everything neat afterwards! He was very professional (like all SG staff I encountered) and answered my questions and had the office person call me and explain the "next steps" for registering, etc. I am so very impressed with their level of customer service which is hard to come by these days! Thank you SG Mechanical!!!!

These guys are now my contracted service providers. Have always had great service with them.
