SG Mechanical is our go to service provider for our AC. Our system is about 16 years old and SG has come out to fix it without pushing for a big ticket install. They do an excellent job communicating what is going on the with the system. Kyle is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend SG Mechanical and recommend that you ask for Kyle!

The A/C in our computer shop just recently went out, and that makes working on computers incredibly miserable. We called SG Mechanical and they had technicians out in 2 days. Matthew G and Matt S were our technicians and they did an excellent and quick job fixing our unit and provided us with excellent information going forward. We could not have asked for a better company or better technicians to do the job. Highly recommended!

After placing my urgent call to the S&G office of a broken ac unit, they told me someone would be here within the hour. Kyle called and was at our home within 45 minutes. He fixed our a/c unit and explained the problem very professionally. Kudos to Kyle with S&G Mechanical for prompt, courteous and professional service.

My a/c unit failed yesterday. When I called to inquire about a repair call I was informed they could have someone out the same day! I was very impressed! However due to my schedule I opted for a Next Day appointment.
Andy arrived early in the schedule window and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He offered a recommendation on Air Filters only after I asked and did not attempt to "sell" me any extraneous services or products. THAT was very refreshing. He explained that the problem was the exterior fan motor had failed and what the cost was to repair it. He was done within 40 minutes and my house is finally cooling down again!

It was a very positive experience!

SG Mechanical is the company that feels like a neighbor. They are a company that treats you like they care about you - not as a customer but as a person. Andy with SG Mechanical is an honest hardworking family man. He was personally involved with my job (replacing 2 systems) from the first day to the last. He was not some mystery man in an office. He was onsite, interacting and answering all my questions directly. I have dealt with many other licensed companies, where you feel like another number on a spreadsheet. There were several complications with my job (NOT SG Mechanical's fault), Andy stepped up beyond any reasonable expectation to help me get them resolved. He sacrificed his own time to help get my issues resolved.
If you like to support local businesses, earning an honest living doing honest work, you can't beat SG Mechanical. He does not have any "Melvin's" at his company, but he also does not need to spend $$$$$$ to communicate that on TV (that the customers pay for). SG Mechanical is built on integrity and word of mouth, I am proud to write this review and would highly recommend them to anyone.
