I had a new air conditioner installed by Kyle and Matt today. They showed up on time and were very professional. The crane showed up at the scheduled time and the switching of the units on top of my 2 story home was very efficient and quick. . Kyle showed me multiple pictures of the roof before the old unit was removed and various stages of the installation. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, I could immediately tell how much better the air flow was. I would recommend SG Mechanical Services for all services they offer. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

We had the pleasure of working with Andy of SG Mechanical when we purchased our
AC in 2016. The experience was excellent and the did it on very short notice. Since we had it installed and took out the service contract , we have had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Jim who
do our bi-annual service. We have nothing but compliments for SG, along with Andy, Kyle and Jim..Their work is exceptional and they always clean everything up whe finished. In an area where there are so many choices for AC services we highly recommend this company and these employees.

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!

SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. What a mistake that was!! After being repeatedly overcharged for problems that were not being resolved, we contacted SG Mechanical. Not only were they able to properly diagnose and repair the problems we were having - they cost way less than our landlords company, and they fixed it correctly the first time without requiring multiple visits. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! They are prompt, courteous, and extremely fair on price. Andy and his technicians make thorough inspections and discuss the problems with you before they do the work - allowing you time for a second opinion if needed (trust me, you won't need a second opinion!) They do all of the work very efficiently and if you ever have any questions or concerns, they come right back out to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have never had a company that I have trusted so much, so quickly. If you need any HVAC work done to your home or office, we HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical!!!

The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

Called SG Mechanical in the morning when I felt my AC blowing hot air. Was advised a tech would be out between 2pm-3pm and I called at around 9:15 am. Okay it's hot but at least I can get it looked at today. To my surprise I got a call from Kyle at 9:51 am so like within 40 mins later from my call saying he would be out in 30 mins. AWESOME SAUCE!!!
Kyle was very professional and thorough, he didn't leave until he knew the system was working and I got email receipt and answered all of my questions too; which I had a lot. Great doing business with SG Mechanical and more then impressed with their tech Kyle too.

The repairman came out quickly during the busy season and was able to diagnose the problem. The company quickly turned around quotes on various ways to proceed forward. Unit was replaced and the entire crew was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. I have recommended this company to several other people now.
