I left a message and they returned my call promptly. I needed a new air conditioner/furnace. The price quoted was a great price! They were able to install the next day. They showed up on time and did a great job. It is hard to find reputable companies with good customer service. Throughout this transaction I talked to German who was very professional. If you are looking for good service and quality products I recommend Cardinal.

Unfortunately, our A/C went out right as the Arizona summer heat hit. However, thanks to these guys; they made time for me and my family during a busy time of year and it was super hot without A/C, great price and very professional. They are set to replace and upgrade my other unit thats also 24 years old. They finished everything in 3 hours!! Cardinal for life!

My mom's mobile home gas furnace finally gave out and A/C needed replacement, too, and I was able to work with German remotely through the whole process and got an excellent price and quick installation including a switch to an electric furnace. He was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations and the technicians worked late to finish the job, including helping to program the thermostat after install/check and clean up. Everyone involved was friendly and professional and mom is very happy with the new system.

I had a new trane ac installed a month ago and it stopped working 4 days ago. I've been texting and calling this company for 3 days now and not even a text back. When you call it says the voice mail is full. Buyer beware!

I am 4 years in on my current heat pump that Cardinal put in. There was a minor issue that came up last night. I texted them this morning, and they had me up and running b4 noon. Thanks for the quick response. You guys are awsome!

I purchased several units from Cardinal heating and Cooling. They will not answer the phone if you have a warranty issue. You may receive a text back. My unit went out this week and I have called and sent numerous text with no response. Finally after threating to take them to court I got an angry text back. They did come and assess my ac unit, said they would come back the next morning and do the repair. I was ghosted after that and ended up having to pay out of pocket for another company to fix it even though I have a service and labor warranty with Cardinal that is still active. Do not use this company, they have no integrity or ethics.

Do not use this company!! All was good until warranty came involved. They are not answering my calls or text because they know it's warranty. They did come out to look to see what was wrong but never came back to repair it. My ac has been out for two weeks now and its 106°.

I called Cardinal heating and cooling for an estimate they gave me a great deal. Came out the next day got it done with no issues. I highly recommend their service.

Used this service again but got a horrible experience this time. They came in the morning to uninstall my existing working AC and then went to pick up the new units. We waited in the property without AC for 2 hours. After the new units came, they worked for only one and a half hours. Then they left and told me that it is too hot and they need to go somewhere to cool off. We wait in the house without AC. I texted German several times and he never told me when the technicians come back. After 2 hours, I left too. When I just got home, he texted me back and told me that the technicians would arrive after 30 minutes. When they came back, I noticed that another new AC unit disappeared and there is an old AC unit. So I asked the technicians if they actually went to another project. They admitted and told me that they have to follow German's direction. So, we do not have AC until 9:30 pm while this can be completed before 2 pm. No apology from German. Instead he asked me to think positively and not to complain. What kind of person? Anyway this is my second but also last use of their services. BTW they also raised price by more than 10% within less than 2 months.

Update: they still have not fixed our system or returned our repeated calls/text messages.

Everytime we call we get a voicemail. Have never spoken to a live person! We currently need them to fix our system which we have a warranty on through them, but they ignore our calls and days later still have not responded to us. They installed the system wrong, and now won't respond to us. This company is complete disaster.
