Had the worst experience with this company. Called them to do a summer check-up. The technician came out while I was dealing with a family emergency. The office called me, and the appointment had totally spaced my mind. I told them that I currently wasn't home, but I was a few minutes away. I asked the lady on the phone if I needed to be home for the service or if I should reschedule. The lady told me it was up to the employee doing the service, but I headed home anyway. I made it home a few minutes later and assumed the employee chose not to perform the service. A few minutes later I received an invoice so I called the office. The lady gave me an attitude when I questioned the services and told me it would be on the invoice. I've been dealing with the company for years since they installed my ac unit, so I was expecting the same service. I looked at the invoice, and then I looked at my cameras around my property and didn't see some of the services performed that were listed on the invoice. I proceeded to call the office back, I was met with more attitude from the lady that answered the phone, then she said a manager would contact me and hung up on me. I have not been contacted by anyone from the company, but i keep getting spammed with the invoice through text and email. I've tried to reach out to the company via the company email as well as responded to the text and emails I've been spammed with. This company has lost my trust, and I probably won't be doing business with them again.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

This is a great company to work with. They are responsive to my calls and do a thorough job. They are helpful in answering questions and explaining the ins and outs of my HVAC system. They put my mind at ease knowing I can trust them to do their best job.

My go-to company for HVAC work in AZ. They’ve been awesome for many many years. Love the updates they give when service techs have been assigned and when they are on their way, completely professional and respectful of customers time.

Great company used them to install a new AC unit and duct work in my home along with servicing my rental homes. Definitely recommend them!
