Tim k did an amazing job at taking care of my a/c and I . Making sure it worked before He left. I understand it's a 24 hr service but who wants to leave the comfort of their home at 10 at night??? He displayed a great customer attitude with a very polite, nice , and professional services. I'm going to ask for him anytime I need help w my a/c . THANKS TIM FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Tim showed up in the time I was quoted. He was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was--unit had iced up and quickly got it unfrozen and working. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Alliance to anyone looking for quick and efficient air conditioning repair. I know I will be using this company the next time I need a repair man and I will definitely be requesting Tim.

Tim was our tech. We requested him personally on account of his good work the last time-around. The thing about Tim is that he is quite personable and communicates in a way that exudes like he knows what he's doing. He came out to our parent's home to check on some necessary HVAC issues. Maurice from Alliance Comfort Systems has been my air conditioning service technician for several years, and I am always delighted with his work. Not only does Maurice keep my unit in tip top running condition, but he is up to date on the latest air conditioning news and answers any question I may have on the subject. On each visit Maurice goes into great detail reviewing with me any problems that were found and services required so I have a good understanding this information. He is an expert in his field, and someone you can depend upon to do a quality job every time. I recommend Maurice and Alliance Comfort Systems to anyone looking for a reliable air conditioning company with outstanding customer service and great prices.

Tim arrived at 8 am as expected, courteous, jovial, and eager to be of help. His visit was prompted by SRP's offer to recommend a company to do a seasonal inspection on my AC system for $29.95. Since I was very unhappy with the work done by the company with whom I had an about-to-expire contract, I took advantage of SRP's offer. During the inspection of the outside unit, Tim was very thorough, and patiently explained what he was doing and the reason for doing it. On inspection of the inside unit, and removal of cover-up taping applied by former technicians, he discovered a good deal of damage, which was obvious even to me. All in all, Tim spent 4 hours repairing what he could to get the AC working until parts could be shipped to effect permanent repair. In this case, Tim went above and beyond what anyone would be expected to do for $29.95.

Never do today what you can put off till 2038...
King of procrastination and I am long overdue with a review.
On the Friday before Memorial day in 2011 my AC came up dead.
Facing at least 4 days of 100 degree plus weather...
Someone referred me to Alliance.
At 10:00 sales rep was sitting on the porch.
By 7:00 a new unit was sitting on my roof.
Since that time, Alliance has done all the maintenance and repairs all of which were only a service charge due to a 10 year warranty they encouraged me to buy.
Hey, it's Arizona... you need good reliable AC company in your pocket.
Oh yeah... What inspired me to write after all this time?
AC went out yesterday... Called at 3:00 p.m. tech on the roof at 5:00.
Nuff sed...

Then this morning...
Heat pump making noise last night.
Called Alliance first thing this morning and they said they had a cancellation and could have someone out inside the hour.
Tech was on time, professional and got right to it.
Fixed everything under warranty and took care of the problem.
We bought this unit in 2011with a 10 year warranty.
Alliance has done routine service every year at a reasonable price and handled several warranty issues with virtually no hassles.
Sales, office and field staff have all been professional and moved quickly to resolve any issues in a professional manner.
I have no reservations about giving this company my strongest recommendation.

It can be particularly unnerving finding oneself in need of AC service with an inoperable system on the hottest day of the year. With all of the available choices for AC service we were relieved to have a trusted friend recommend Alliance Comfort Systems and they exceeded our expectations. From initial contact with their office staff to our service tech Louis, their communication was prompt, professional and the work performed exactly as one would hope and expect.

We've used Alliance and Maurice several times.
Always as good as it gets.
This last time, we were having trouble with a noisy blower.
In the heat of July. No time to have an A/C malfunction.
The first fix only partially corrected the problem.
When I called, Kelly sent Maurice to check.
Full repair required replacing a key part.
Maurice promptly found the problem,
replaced the wheel.
No additional charge for the second visit / repair, including the cost of the new part.
No additional charge.

Maurice is incredibly good. Efficient, pleasant, explains as he goes along.
Experience could not have been better.

We had one our a/c systems go out on a Sunday around noon. We called Alliance and by 6:30, we had a tech here. Xavier has work on our other unit in the past and he so good at what he does. He had us up and running and he is such as asset to your company.
