I wouldn't use this company if I were you, I know I won't call them again! I was quoted the $80 service call price plus anything additional as far as parts and repairs. Fair enough, that seems to be the going rate. Problem is, they added (estimated) 2 lbs of refrigerant 410A to the system and I got charged $270!! I looked up the cost of a *25* lb can online, and if you are licensed, you can pick it up for as low as $90. I purposely called an expensive local company to ask what they charge, and it's $94 to $105 per lb. Then I called a company I have used in the past, and they charge $20 per lb! Do I feel DEEPLY GOUGED? You bet!

Tim is a very thorough and knowledgeable technician. This is the second service using Tim. I am very happy to recommend him and Alliance Comfort.
