HVAC complete installation. On time, friendly, worked non-stop, cleaned up afterwards, all old equipment was hauled away. The new system cooled the house (2800 sq.ft.) down from 85 to 78 in 15 mins.. The entire transaction was quick and efficient from talking to Pam to the end of the installation. I truly hope this will be an excellent relationship for the life of the units.

Pam, Kevin, and team are nice people who have provided us with excellent, personalized service. Great communication throughout the process and even called me back after watching the videos I'd taken of the AC issue I was having. Will definitely be calling them back for our annual service as well as a replacement when it's time.

Every step of the way, Rising Sun Air was communicative. They called and asked if it was ok to come by even earlier than planned by 4 hours which was great. When scheduling with Pamela originally, I spoke to Adrian, the owner, on the phone and was price matched from a quote the previous day by a different company. Rising Sun had the parts ready to go, their competitors did not. Adrian even came to the house to help Kevin, the technician, and quoted me a great price for a new 5 ton unit. Great overall experience. They have earned my business and my word of mouth moving forward.

While not able to totally resolve the problem or willing to check the roof unit for freon level or do any more work on the unit due to age like others were, we appreciate his honesty and waiving the charge for a nitrogen blowout since as we expected, that did not resolve the issue as we tried clearing the line many times before. Gave some tips and only charged for service call.

Adrian and Kevin were great to work with. Our air conditioner went out at night and I sent Rising Sun an email around 5:00 am on a Sunday morning. Pam the office manager was able to send someone out the very same morning on a Sunday so we didn't have to suffer in the day, as the high was going to be 111 degrees that day! The owner Adrian is a trustworthy man and I found out later that his assessment of my units being so old and fragile to clean the inside coils was on point. The reason I know this is that I paid another contractor a thousand dollars for each unit to clean it more thoroughly than Rising Sun would and it ended up being a waste of money, one of the units started to cool better but one failed a month later. These old units were so fragile and old. My home warranty company refused to replace my 24 yr old units due to a compressor failure and I should have trusted Adrian the whole time and just replaced my units because he was right, my home warranty was useless and wasn't going to pay for a new AC. Adrian provided me with excellent service and and excellent pricing too. Pam the office manager is super nice and hardworking too, I would invite her and Adrian over for Thanksgiving lol. Pam is even doing the work for me of registering the 10 hr warranties from the manufacturer for us and will not only email me an electronic copy of this but also is going to put a physical copy in the mail for us. Nobody wants to pay for an AC, and Adrian the owner was so kind as to basically honor the price he quoted me a year ago with some included inflation. I cannot recommend Rising Sun Air enough. Nobody actually wants to pay for 2 AC units but I have never felt to comfortable or excited to hand over so much money so that I have the peace of mind knowing that my tenants in my rental can be comfortable in their homes.
