They had us up and running in two days. Also came back the next day to adjust the unit. Tim went above and beyond to replace parts to keep the unit running right. Thank you and I will recommend your company to other people.

We had an AC outage last week and tried to contact the warranty company to come out. They were so far behind that they couldn’t get there for over two weeks! Two weeks! Who in AZ can live without AC for that long? We have two AC units in our next gen home and the outage was on my elderly parents side. We called Rising Sun Air Inc and spoke with the owner Adrian. He was so prompt and worked with us to get our AC repair scheduled and came out the next day! The technician that came out took his time, made sure that our AC was running appropriately and was very informative. The price was reasonable and the follow up was a nice touch. We will be calling Rising Sun Air anytime we have any AC concerns.

The tech was prompt and he did a maintenance on the AC. He has some suggestions that he will email and the service was great!

I made an appointment online and they called over the phone to go over everything with me. The service tech even showed up early and went through everything with us. Unfortunately they don't perform the services needed but we're very professional with recommending someone that could. Anytime I need service done with my AC this is definitely my new go to company.

My air conditioner quit working and the best decision I made was to call Rising Sun Air! The whole team (Pam, Adrian, Kevin, Tim and Dillon) were friendly, professional, helpful and cared! I had Rising Sun come and do a check up which I always do at the beginning of a new season, the tech was very friendly and on time. He started immediately working came in and explained everything to me. They are so professional and honest they will always be my AC go to!!!!!!!

Very professional and capable technicians. Installed new Split Pack in Sun Room. Technicians arrived as scheduled and completed the work competently . Techs explained the operation and features of new unit and cleaned and removed all packing materials. Would definitely recommend this company for A/C service work.

I called Rising Sun A/C around 3:30 pm and they had a tech to my house by 5pm. The tech (Kevin) fixed got us back up and running. He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was a wonderful experience considering that I had no use of my AC
during one of the hottest weekends in August! The receptionist on the phone was so understanding of my situation and although they
had a busy week, she was able to get me help right away.
Kevin the technician who came to check out my problem and gave mey an honest assessment of the problem and provided me with the temporary service that I needed to get by.
