Our AC system went down around 5pm on a Tuesday so I called a couple AC Companies who couldn't come out till the next day afternoon. (Not Good)
The third company I called was Rising Sun Air and they actually had a tech wrapping up a job and could be to my house within the hour.
The Tech arrived just as they said and gave my 16 year old system a thorough check over, turns out my Condenser Coil was clogged and the tech recommended a standard tune up to fix the current issues, however he said the system was definitely past its prime and should be replaced soon.
I don't have the money to replace the unit at this time, but you can bet when I do Rising Sun Air will be my choice.

Rising Sun made me feel comfortable and that I wasn’t being taken advantage of like the previous HVAC company. Brandon, service rep, did a thorough service call and walked me through all the issues, testing and options and then Pam, office mgr, did the same. I’ve heard excellent things about Adrian, the owner and the company, so I am going to be using Rising Sun from here on out and would highly recommend.

Great experience!!!! Service Tech was on time with answers. Bad time of year for heater to go out. But parts are needed. Sunrise is on the job, checking on our warranty with the manufacturer. For calling during the holidays the were here that day.

They came out for a complete system maintenance, and found some things that the last company didn't get right. Everything is good for the summer!

I previously had Rising Sun out to my house earlier this year for a thermostat issue so when I received a call from Pamela about their promo for a $45 AC check up, I jumped at the opportunity. Brandon, one of their technicians, came out 2 days later and checked everything. He was thorough in the tune up and even took pictures of the unit and recommended some things to watch for. He was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Rising Sun to anyone who needs a company they can trust with all their heating and cooling needs!

The gentleman Kevin that came out to my residence was a very professional told us everything that he was going to do and followed through with everything I would definitely suggest this company to come out and take care of your heating and cooling needs

Brandon was very friendly, polite and informative. He included photos of our system. And we had him replace 2 capacitors. And because I am a senior recovering from a broken ankle I am hesitant to get on a step ladder to change air filter. He did it for me. I will continue to call Rising Sun for A/C maintenance.
