Totally, utterly, disappointed in Kappa-Air. I have reached out repeatedly to Kappa-Air with NO RESPONSE! Unit has been out since June 15, 2021 and they have been out twice, yet my unit is still not repaired. It is currently August 12 about two months in AZ heat with no A/C. Arizona is averaging 110 degrees!!! My initial contact with the company was great and I thought I was in good hands. I was wrong! The rep told me the unit needed to be replaced. Warranty decided to replace part only. Of course, the part had to be ordered. 3 weeks later they come back to fix my AC unit, worked for a week and back out. Another part ordered and Kappa Air blamed warranty company for sending to wrong place while warranty company says it’s at the warehouse ready for pick up. Finally got the compressor in and they come back out about 3 weeks later; bills me a little over $500 and the unit didn’t even make it a day!!!!! Now Instead of making it right they won’t answer calls or emails from myself or the warranty company and keep cancelling the part!! I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company. I am completely disappointed at this company for their lack of customer support and service.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5 STARS ** AC stopped cooling during this week’s heat wave. Once I got Kappa Air scheduled they diagnosed the problem so quickly and were able to get the parts I needed the same day. They try their best to make it effortless for their clients. Definitely recommend them for how knowledgeable and efficient they are! I had Anthony as my tech! Super friendly and got the job done RIGHT and FAST🙌🏻✨

I do not recommend Kappa-Air. They lack ability to follow up and return your phone calls. A rep came and informed me that they did not have the part and asked what my schedule was to come back. I was under the impression that they would be back today to fix my AC unit, but instead they said whenever they get the sealant. Instead of continuing to help me they are referring me back to my home warranty company to have to go through the process all over again. I do not recommend this company. They will not pick up the phone and call you. I am completely disgusted at this company for their lack of support. Arizona is heating up and to have them refer me back to the warranty company just because I'm frustrated that they did not come back when they mentioned they would is frustrating. He then retracted everything he said the day prior. There are better companies with better professionalism.

I am more than pleased with Kappa Air. They responded immediately to my request for service and arrived promptly as promised. Anthony located the problem and ordered the necessary part for me. Extremely courteous and professional. I had complete confidence in them from the time they started working. Anthony has
completed the the job before expected. Great company!

The good: The service techs were friendly and on schedule. The not so good - a new blower motor was installed on a Friday. By Sat. the fan was only blowing hot air. A new service call for following Monday and relay switch was replaced. By the next day the fan was not working again. On Tuesday a senior tech came out and ended up replacing the entire blower motor and installing a heavy duty relay switch. So faulty part and 3 separate trips before things were fixed.

The service technician was very Professional, skilled and prompt. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained what to expect and was needed with effective communication. The service was top notch and a pleasurable change from other companies I had tried in the past. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all repair needs. Great job!!!

He was on time, very nice, professional, kept me informed of what was needed, definitely knows what he is doing, and did not leave until the job was done and he was assured that my A/C was working.
