If you need them for a one time warranty repair, they're fine. If you need them to follow up on anything, good luck. They don't return calls

They were contracted through my home warranty to come fix my AC. Tech was at my house for 10 minutes and text me saying the AC was fixed. I came home and the AC was not fixed. It was next to impossible getting someone to answer the phone to get them to come back out. I finally spoke to someone and we scheduled another appointment for a few days later. They called me the day of the new appointment and said they couldn't make it because they were on the other side of town. I called my home warranty company back and got the job assigned to another company

Needed a new A/C installed to my house I just moved into and my god does it feel good in my house! Beautiful 67 degrees and feeling great! Wouldn't change my mind about choosing these guys! Great job!

My AC has been out since 6/2/2021. They came out and recommended a new unit and there was not much they could do to remedy it. They told the warranty company that a new compressor was needed. Not the same story they told me, the part was ordered and arrived 1 month and a half later. It was the incorrect part.

I am at my wits end, the AC guy was clear in that the compressor replacement was not needed and still reordered it. The part was in stock and ready right away, They waited two weeks and after many calls, texts, and voicemails they never responded. They showed up today 7/29 only to say what they said two weeks ago, we're not doing it, it's not going to help and it's not needed.

What an unprofessional group of people. I am at the same point I was two weeks ago. Now they've removed themselves from the situation and still no response or action on their part. All they had to do it tell the warranty company the same story they gave me. #firstamericanhomewarranty is the worst and this contractor is just the same.

Our technician, Brandon, was on time. He is very friendly and at the same time very professional. He performed maintenance on both of our systems. He was thorough but completed the work in short order. We look forward to having him service the systems in 6 months. We are sold on Kappa-Air.

Kappa Air was early and had great communication about how far and what time he would be at the property. When he got here he gave me a great informative diagnosis of the problem with reasoning as to why this has happened. The pricing he gave me I feel is a great value comparing to other AC companies I have dealt with in the past. Overall kappa Air is a great company that you can trust with your home!

Had a close friend call me for a second opinion after her warranty company contacted Kappa. I’m retired as of 2018, but spent over 20 years owning my own company in the industry.

All I can say, is that this company is not one to be trusted! They are either clueless, or completely unethical. They are a bad representation of the industry. It is of no surprise that they’ve only been in business since 11/21/19. They’ll scam enough people until they get exposed, then will open up with a new name. Avoid this company at all costs, or else you will regret it.

On time examined the System, made a determination of the problem and replaced a bad motor. Technician was knowledgeable, polite, respectful of the Homeowner. Out of five home warranty situations, this was my best service call. The technician knew what I needed, fixed with a new motor and I was up and running. No calls to anyone for approval that previously were wasted time and irritating. Great job Kappa-Air and First American Home Warranty company.
