Phillip was great! He performed maintenance on our system and was very informative about how our system was operating and he also provided pictures of how everything looked. His services far exceeded what we paid for the tune up and would highly recommend to anyone needing any services on their HVAC system.

The technician Mr. Brandon irrespective of an appointment between 9 am & 12 noon calls at 1 pm and asking to confirm we are at home. Since we are away from the phone we saw the message at 1.45 pm and called back, no response. We got somebody on text and they replied Branden is on some other work as we didn’t respond to his call. Irresponsible company to keep the appointment. We will never use this company for our work

I highly recommend Anthony and Kappa Air for any HVAC work and I will be referring them to anybody that needs HVAC services. Anthony is as genuine and knowledgeable about ac units as it gets. I have used them twice on two separate issues and both issues were resolved and done timely, well and at reasonable price. They are father son family oriented business who treats your home like it is their own. Extremely happy and impressed with their communication, professionalism and honesty. Must call if you need hvac services.

I really appreciate Anthony coming to my home and inspecting my AC unit. This was a very hot summer where I was without air for approximately 30 days during 116 degree days. My first two experience with two different companies was subpar. Although Anthony was not over 40 years of age he was attentive and spent time to make sure that the unit was working properly.

Senior Tech Brandon was very professional, expedient and punctual. He did a great job and while in my attic even noticed one of my vents had separated and fixed that for me too!

Terrible service. Just wasted an entire day for me. Was suppose to be within a window of 8-12 PM. Waited and waited. No one ever called or showed up. To top it off they are impossible to get ahold of. These reviews must be paid for or fake.
