I’ve been without AC for 8 days. It seems if you’re going with a warranty co service isn’t so great. They haven’t returned any of my text or calls. I work out of town and have to make special arrangements for someone to be at my house. Crickets at Kaapa Air. Oh they did come out on day 4 and left me with an expensive invoice. I requested to speak with about the charges in several text and phone call messages. No response.

Techs were both terrific! It is terrible working out on the roof in the heat! The first Tech even was kind enough to install the Nest Thermostat for me on top of doing the A/C! Love & Prayers for both of them!!!

They only will talk to you in texts, if at all. Refuse to answer their phones. Tech came out and was rude to my wife, then after waiting for weeks to come out to fix the power for our AC, he told her that we needed to have a platform built in order to work on our air conditioner that has been serviced for 30 years in the same spot. Left us with no AC on a 100 degree day after waiting for weeks and then the owner texted me saying they would not ever come back. Totally rude and unprofessional.

We had amazing service from Kappa Air, starting with their communication and flexibility. We had a weird problem and a scheduling issue on our end, and they were super accommodating with all of the curveballs. Polite and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They came out disconnected the loud WORKING A/C and didn't have the right bracket and was attempting to rig the new bracket to try and make it work. Me being the home owner was trying to over see the expensive repair to make sure everything was being fixed correctly, at which point the tech told me to go down his ladder and not to use it. So I got my own ladder and went up again. He then tried to tell me I need to get off of my roof or they will pull off. I got down and tech closed unit back up not working any longer. I sad are you going to turn the unit back on? He said give me a min got in van and literally sped off. Terrible service all together. I wouldn't recommend this COMPANY to anyone. Bottom of the barrel type people

Was a customer via a Home Warranty Company assignment, and their onsite tech left a piece unhooked that caused more issues. Never felt confident that these guys were doing anything more than a money grab thru the warranty business.

Carlos, the tech was excellent. Very personable. Found no issue but said he would keep the ticket open for a few days to make sure. Did not want me to have to pay another service fee if an issue did arise. He was also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions.

This company was scheduled to work on my home. Unfortunately they stopped answering my calls and text and left us to schedule with another company. Our ac went down and we ended up burning 6 days waiting on them. It's the summer time, I understand they are busy but to be professional is key. Unfortunately this company is not and wouldn't recommend

Great work. Professional and friendly. Would recommend! Was home warranty work but they did the work efficiently and got the A/C working!

Came 1.5hrs before our scheduled time even though I made it clear on the phone that I needed service at the window scheduled to make sure I was home. My adult daughter let them in to service, and they did nothing. Not a report, not an inspection, not a single trace of them doing anything but taking my money.
