Feedback for this company is varied. The sales pitch was excellent though cost was shocking. After several similar estimates decided to go with SemperFi. The installation team was mostly terrific, kept me up to date on process. There is however room for improvement in communication among their own team members. Scrap of old unit and new unit packaging sat in front of my house for a day and a half (much to my neighbors/HOA dismay) because someone forgot to schedule the pick up. There was confusion and lack of communication between sales and install team. “We can do this” to “oh we can’t do that” When I said the sales rep said they could I was told “well they’ll say anything; they don’t know what we can actually do”. 😳 One of the techs took our relatively new Nest controller and we still haven’t gotten it back. They did not ask if they could take it.
Timeliness is marginal. Was given times for several appointments. 1.5 hours later there is no communication that they’re running late. They were responsive once I reached out but we consistent in being late without communication that they wouldn’t arrive at or near scheduled time. Overall, I’m happy with the units we had installed but the communication in prep for install I would only give a 4/10. I still want my Nest controller back.

The technician arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. We had him replace our AC fan motor and I was contemplating purchasing a new Goodman AC system from him until I learned the price of the fan motor he was installing. I did a quick check - the motor retails for $161.00. He claimed the usual installation price is $932.16 but, I get 20% savings since I am a Vet and it only will cost us $776.80. My research shows the highest price for this service in the Valley is $750.00 (others are much lower) for the unit and work performed. We went ahead and paid him - hey your stuck with no AC and I am 80 - got to have it! I then thought the 20 percent discount would follow the same scenario on a whole house unit whereby there isn't any savings at all over other competitors - and the 20 percent is just an advertising gimmick, which is why we decided to hold off on purchasing a Goodman unit from Semper Fi.

Same day service for an emergency AC repair! The tech they sent out was super knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I have an old system, and the technician warned me about future issues that could happen without pressuring me into buying more repairs on the spot. Definitely going to call this company next time I need anything for my AC.

I had always heard good things about Semper Fi. Brad and the installer's not only confirmed this but were well above my expectations.
Brad walked us through the problems with our current HVAC, explained what they could do to extend the life of it as well as gave us a price on a new complete install. We decided to go new. A couple of days later the team showed up with a crane, our unit is on the three story roof, and were finished in just a couple hours. Everything was spotless clean, trained me on the operations of the wifi thermostat, and an hour later the old system was taken away.
We went with the duct cleaning option. They came in a few days later. Also very professional and cleaned up. What a difference. I was under the impression duct cleaning was scam...It's not! No longer dusty in this house.

Thank you Semper Fi, I have referred you to all my friends and family.

Super fast came out same day. They are very good to veterans and very knowledgeable. Only issue I had was they didn't have the wifi thermostat so they came next day. I will say it is taking forever to get scheduled to get my water heater appointment. When the new thermostat was installed my house got hot not cold they came back same day and fixed it.

I am extremely pleased with the service we received from Semper Fi. From the ease of booking an appt on their site to the install. The technician. Aaron, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable and the instill team, Robert and his crew were fantastic. I recommend them to everyone I know. I didn't even question that they were giving us a good and fair deal!

Semper Fi inspected my heating/cooling system and told me that even though it had exceeded its normal lifetime, it may go a little another year or possibly two. With their great incentives, I decided to replace the system. They replaced it with a unit that has a 10 year warranty and a much better efficiency rating that will save me a lot on future utility bills. Installation was timely, and the cleanup was excellent. A five star company to deal with.

Do not use this company. The proof is in the reviews. Don’t let the false 5 star reviews bury the truth of the honest 1 star reviews. Go to every 1 star review and read the truth as I’m not the only who’s had the same issues. Look deeper and you can tell they have their staff counter the 1 stars by having them submit false 5 star reviews. They completely damaged my home and sold and installed the wrong system Twice. Glad I contacted my lawyer so I could finally say the truth about this company. Nothing close to always faithful or Semper fi about this company. Keep flagging and deleting my review cuz I’ll just keep posting it. This ole man has the time.

From the beginning to the end, I was extremely happy with the service I received. From my initial quote to look at my system, the rep " Bryce" came in the evening and spent almost an hour looking at my system, the venting the heating and cooling units, and after seeing a couple other service providers and getting quotes during the day, he was also the only one to ask how my venting normally worked (was it to cool in some rooms vs. other rooms. etc) HE WAS THE ONLY REP THAT DID THAT! For me, this was a huge deal. I was not initially expecting to get a sales pitch, but Bryce definitely made it worth it. Now the Quote i got was more than the other providers i saw, but the full break down and customer service was beyond worth it for me. I also was able to get the ball rolling almost immediately as i got my quote from Bryce on a Wednesday evening, and was able to get the install scheduled for the following Monday.
We had a few hic ups along the way, but that was definitly not due to Semper Fi. (Ceiling space was really small) the install took much longer due to this issue, but Semper Fi was more than accommodating. The teams that completed the install were super friendly and all dog lovers (Major plus for this Giant dog mom) I completely appreciate everything Semper Fi did for my family to get the install completed. From someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, Thank you Semper Fi for meeting, and exceeding my expectations of Customer service. I will definitly will be in touch in the future.
