Very happy with the service we received. They communicated very well during the process. Our AC was installed within a matter of a week after deciding on purchasing it. The techs (Enrique and Abel) were polite, friendly and willing to answer any questions during the installation process. Would definitely recommend.

I knew that my A/C system was old and would need replacement soon. Technician arrived and verified what I suspected, although he could not tell me how long I would have on the old system he confirmed that it would not be long. I recently read a story in the local news about their generosity to a local vet with free help to ensure he did not suffer in the intense AZ heat any longer that he needed to, all at their expense. That did it for me being a vet myself. Their finance special and willingness to almost match a quote I had from last year sealed the deal. Once I decided to purchase one they were there within a day, they were fast efficient and professional.

I was very pleased with the professional way that Semperfi handled the inspection and maintenance of my A/C system. They were sure to confirm our appointment and showed up on time. The technician, Daniel called me when he was on the way. He took pictures of what he saw during the inspection and explained what he did as part of the inspection. He was very thorough and carefully answered my questions. I was pleased that he found my A/C unit was well within range of expected standards and that he did not pressure me into other optional services. I asked him about signing up for periodic maintenance like I already had on my rental houses. He said they did and stated the present price. Since it had increased from what I now pay for my other houses, I asked if they could honor that price. I was happy that they did. Now I can be assured that my A/C units will be well cared for in the future.

After calling several other companies Semper Fi was the quickest to respond with a detailed reasonable quote. The needed electrical work was done the following day and the new AC/Heat Pump was installed the day after that. From the telephone contact to the sales to the install they were professional and informative answering all our questions with patience. Brad gave us a great deal and Jacob was a dedicated installer who stayed late until the job was done after working all day by himself. Jacob went above and beyond not only installing the new system but cleaning up, removing the old unit, repairing the ceiling where the old unit didn't match up to the new unit and they're sending a drywaller to repair some drywall that got damaged when removing the old unit. The new unit surpasses our expectations. Our house is finally warm. Can't wait to try the AC this summer. Their service plan is wonderful and warranties are better than their competitors. I highly recommend Semper Fi heating and cooling for any HVAC needs.

Hoorah! These guys are the real deal. They show up when they say they will, they provide a good value and service for the price you pay, they are honest, and reliable. Our sales rep Tom took spent over an hour explaining our options for AC replacement units and they installed two days later. They were clean, left no mess, and hauled away all the scrap same day.

Their serviceman told me I needed my capacitor and contractor replaced and if I didn’t do it right away it would most like cause my compressor to fail. He also recommended that he put on a “Hard Start” due to my unit being over 5 years old. He told me the total cost would be $1,200. $528 to put in the capacitor, $480 to put in the contactor (a switch) and apparently the rest of the $1,200 was for the hard start. When I told him I would have to think about it, he quickly lowered the price to $702. He said that if I didn’t do it now, he could almost guarantee that it would go out the next time I used it. I told him to go ahead. I then went on line and found the exact same capacitor for $19.99, the most expensive contractor that would work for my unit cost $42 and the Hard Starts ran between $20-$40. All three parts totaled less than $100 and it took him less than 15 minutes to install all three. The capacitor was nothing more than unplugging the old one and plugging in the new. Yet Semper Fi charged me over $500 in labor just to do this 60 second job. When I discovered how bad I had been ripped off I called and asked to talk to their manager. The lady I talked to was very nice and apologetic. She told me they were very busy now but she was sure the manager would call me back by the end of the work day. Never heard back from anyone. Semper Fi is no friend to us veterans.

They were amazing! Our AC broke and we were getting the runaround from our warranty company. Semper FI came and gave me a quote and came the very next day and installed a brand new system. The installers were all super nice especially Henry. He answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them.

I am a disable veteran with mobility issues. When my AC failed I called Semper Fi after checking with others. The company sent a representative to my park model (Fiesta Grande RV Park) within several hours and explained what I would need, the pricing, financing options, and when they could get me up and running. The next morning their crew showed up and the removal and installation was completed. The crew was knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely proficient. Would I recommend this company, proudly I say YES. No need to look further!!!

After 15 years it was time for the old system to go. Research on various companies showed Semper Fi as an excellent choice. Excellent customer service, on time, good communication. Ernesto and crew attention to detail on the mark for us. Not something you want to do (AC replace) but is inevitable. Semper Fi a great choice. Vent cleaning next, no worries.
