Hard to believe it has been over 29 years since I met John McDowell. Today a JMAC crew installed a new air handler for us. It is so great to see attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and professional, polite service have been passed on the the next generation of installers. Easter Sunday years ago, John personally returned my phone call. The fan in our compressor quit and John took the time to explain the color coding on the spare I had so we could salvage the warm Easter day. That's service above and beyond. I am blessed to be friends with this awesome company.

Nicholas and his team did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I’ve dealt with other companies (I won’t name names) but JMAC is by far the post responsive, professional, and price was the best we have found. We originally started using them a few years back when we received a referral from a friend. Yesterday they put in a whole new unit when mine died and again their service was amazing. 5 stars all the way!!

I have been using JMAC for years. They have always done a spectacular job! They replaced my A/C unit a few years ago, and that changed my life. I went from wanting to sleep in my kitchen (because it was the coldest) to sleeping comfortably in my bedroom all summer.
My most recent experience with their technician Steve was the best though. He was so thorough. Steve took the time to check that everything was in working order and fully assess the concerns. Luckily, I had purchased an extended warranty on my A/C Train unit. Thank goodness. ALWAYS DO THAT. Because, things fall apart in the heat. They are going to fix the issues under the warranty. I have been living here for over 20 years, and I have never seen a company and technicians provide this quality of service and exhibit this kind of professionalism. You will never find better.

Called JMAC when our temperature inside rose to 85 degrees with outside temperature at 111 degrees. They called back within maybe five minutes and they arranged to get a technician turned around and going home at 5:30 at night and coming to service us instead. Arrived within 20 minutes checked out the AC unit put in a new capacitor and with after hours increase in the service call total came to $273 and worth a lot more than that. Thanks guys.

I will continue to use JMAC. Superior service and products, but more importantly, fully trustworthy. Be carefully of other HVAC companies; they are being bought out by investors and greatly increasing prices. I almost found out the hard way when an HVAC company we were previously satisfied with tried to sell us an AC unit twice the cost of what JMAC provided. Found out they were recently bought out.

I have been using this company for 12 years on all of my properties. Their service is excellent and they keep my equipment running perfectly so good that I have a 36-year-old unit that is still in great working condition. I will always use them they're honest and fair in their prices.

Tom was prompt, diagnosed the problem and was able to get our AC unit back up and running in a short time. He is a professional who communicates well. Thanks JMAC for keeping us cool.

Another wonderful service from JMAC. This company is honest and easy to work with. I LOVE this company. This visit was a contractor repair on my rental home. Their pricing has always been fair and reasonable. It is very easy to schedule service and they can come out same day if there is an issue. Every tech we have worked with has been great.
