On time service. Unfortunately for us, we need a new AC unit, which was not unexpected, old one is over 25 years old. Tony gave us options from compressor replacement to system replacement. We are repeat customers. Install took place with no issues.

Three months ago, during the heat of the summer, JMAC gave us a quote, came out (to Fountain Hills), and installed a new AC and Airhandler. I highly recommend them. Professional, no hidden costs, friendly, timely, and for the past threes months since the new install, our electric use has been less than it's been for the past two years! JMAC replaced our second AC unit this month. They exceeded our expectations from the initial sales meeting to the installation through post follow up. Everyone we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and committed. There was no upselling, quality concerns, or questions left unanswered. They were patient and full of integrity. I have had a lot of contractors at my house over the last 22 tears. The JMAC installation crew (Nicholas, Rob, Trystan) who serviced our house was the most competent, considerate, and customer oriented team we have encountered. I am so pleased and thankful we found JMAC. It is a great feeling to be confident in the quality of your purchase and to know you have someone friendly and attentive to call if you have a question. Three years ago, we replaced our other AC unit from another company and had multiple problems and issues. I wish we had known about JMAC three years ago! JMAC is the BEST! They were prompt and responding to my request for repair and when the technician was on his way they texted and emailed and sent me his picture. When he arrived he was professional, courteous, and quick. He diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and was out in about 20 minutes. I have used them before, and I will continue to use them for everything from repair to replacement when that time comes. Thanks JMAC!

On time plenty of advance notice as to when they would start job easy to get ahold of bid was well explained both pros and cons as to which direction I wanted to go price wise and efficiency of product
