So happy with the experience. Everywhere else was booked 2-3 weeks out and Jmac got us in the day after first call. Our repair was done fast with no gimmicks. Pleasant service with Kim setting apt. and John our tech was very polite and efficient. Would highly recommend. Extremely happy kiddos too.☺🤗

JMAC is the 3rd HVAC company I've used and they are definitely the best. Steve was very knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing and fixing what was wrong with my AC. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great to work with—super friendly and professional! They walked us through all the options for a new AC unit and helped us narrow it down to one that meets our needs perfectly! They took care of everything—the removal/recycling of the old unit, leveling the concrete pad, installing the new unit and thermostat, and adjusting the vents in every room. Our house feels so much more comfortable and the temperature is actually consistent from one room to the next. For the first time all summer I don’t feel like I have to leave the house all afternoon 😅 Thanks JMAC!

I highly recommend JMAC for anything that you need. Our technician has always arrives early or on time, and we see the same technician every single time. We do routine maintenance in the summer and the winter and they are always very honest about what needs to be done. We’ve never felt pressure at all and trust the recommendations that they give us. Scheduling is quick and easy and there is a ton of communication via text about the technician coming how long till they will be here and then an immediate response to see how it went after the fact. It couldn’t be easier and you won’t find a more honest, reliable, or trustworthy company out there. Any of the work that we’ve had done has been reasonably priced and very fair. Tony has been our technician for the last few years and is the most friendly and honest guy you will ever have come into your home. We highly recommend JMAC.

My unit had to be special ordered and took 3 months to get in from the manufacturer. Having said that, that is no fault of the company. Can’t install a unit you don’t have.

Once the unit came both of my technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. Job was finished timely with a quality installation. Both were extremely friendly and professional. No complaints. I would recommend to friends.

The AC in our basement stopped working and we panicked. It’s hot in Arizona. We called JMAC and they were able to get John over to our house the very next morning! He was on time, was professional and friendly, and was very thorough in expertly getting our AC back up and running. We were super impressed and thankful for the great work he did. 10/10 will use again.

Wow, I couldn’t be happier! I had received four different quotes and decided to use JMAC. They had a fair price, were knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy with my choice the team went a above and beyond to make sure we were set up right. We added a mini split unit, serviced our existing system with new ducts and added a hood vent for our oven. Brent was such a great help and the technician crew with Nicholas, Derek, Tim and Mel were top notch. I’d highly recommend the JMAC team.

We discovered our air conditioner motor was broken on the hottest day of the season and graduation day for our high school son. We had elderly grandparents staying with us and a ceremony to attend. My husband called Matt McDowell and Matt responded quickly and professionally by having someone at our home within an hour. The motor was repaired and our home quickly cooled down allowing us to attend the graduation and provide comfort for the family we had in town from out of state. So grateful!
