We had a recent power surge during a monsoon that blew a capacitor. JMAC came out quickly and they expertly diagnosed, and then repaired, our AC unit. We really appreciated their prompt attention and professional service. We’ll definitely use them again.

I have used JMAC several times over the years and they are great! Today they just serviced my two units ahead of the summer season but in the past they have done repairs to the AC units. They are friendly, prompt, and honest. I like the system they have notifying you who your tech is (with photo) and a trackable link when the truck is on its way to you. I will use them again and continue to refer my friends! A+

I can’t say enough about JMAC and Brent! When Brent arrived to give me an estimate he asked me what I needed and I told him what the 2 prior companies said I needed,at that point we walked through the house and checked all the registers then he went in the attic to inspect the duct work and then on the roof. He then took the time to educate me on every aspect of the AC system and answered all my questions making sure I understood everything he explained! I accepted his offer and was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of his team when they arrived and right up to the time they finished.They completed all the work we agreed on in a timely fashion. Our AC unit went out yesterday in the 112 degree heat. Despite having a completely booked schedule, they had a technician out to us within the same afternoon if our initial call. After some troubleshooting, they determined the unit needed to be replaced. We had a new unit and functional air conditioning by the evening. Their team truly has great customer service and the best prices around. I would recommend them to anyone!

JMAC is a great company, always reliable, with quality I can trust! Today Steve from JMAC contributed way above what was expected! He found and fixed the AC problem, and serviced several units, humidifiers, etc. His knowledge and ability paid off and the equipment is running wonderfully! They were great. Installed a new unit, spent some time teaching me how to operate it and basically cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. I get a great unit at a great price and I feel like they provided the best of customer service, pricing and overall value. Could not be happier.
