They were very prompt. They were able to come out same day and diagnose the problem quickly. No pressure to buy, just honest assessment. Then when I needed a replacement part they were able to get me in the next day

Tony came same day I called with ac unit not working. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than estimated time. Diagnosed the problem and could have repaired same day. But our unit is 22 years old so I asked Tony for options. He gave me honest and knowledgeable opinions. I think think we will take his suggestion and replace both our units as they are inefficient and at the end of their lifespan....thanks Tony.

Tony is a professional technician. He fixed the issue I had with my heating system. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how he fixed it.

Outstanding service - new AC/heat pump and air handler install. I have worked with a number of HVAC companies in the valley over the past 35 years and JMAC Hearing & cooling out ranks them all. I will be using them and referring them to all my friends.

I am writing this review not just for today's service, but the service they have given us over the last few years. JMAC installed a new variable unit at a really good price for us to replace our original heatpump in 2018. They put new returns in, a new thermostat and a whole house air filter. They did a great job then and have been servicing it since. Steve came today and did our system checkup. Once again great service and willingness to answer questions. I first learned about JMAC from another friend who has used them for years.

I’ve been working with JMAC for almost 20 years now (Residential and Commercial) they do business with integrity, they are professional, and honest. Their techs installed 6 RTU’s including a split, quicker than I expected.
All the guys are great, and their knowledge on what they do is second to none.

The best AC guy's in town. We have used JMAC for year's We love Tony and his smile that comes with honesty and professionalism. They do mot advertise on thier trucks because they do not need to. In a day and age of flaky tradesmen and upsales JMAC is a stand out company. Absolutley reccomend!

Brent was excellent at assisting us in determining how to best meet our needs. He was great at clarifying our options and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The installation team of Alan, Nicholas, Derek, and Brent took great pride in their work and were most resilient under extreme weather conditions—-117 degrees outside. It was a wonderful experience working with people you can trust and depend on.

Another great interaction with JMAC. Steve was wonderful and worked through not only my problem but also put up with being interrupted by a random set of events here we at the house with nothing but kindness and empathy.

So out AC stopped working and were recommended JMAC. They were very helpful and patient trying to help us over the phone. Unfortunately since the issue could not be resolved, we scheduled a technician come next morning. Jake arrived on time. Was very courteous, and professional and had the AC running in no time. He went out of the way to explain what the issue was and answer all our questions.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM.
