Tony was great as usual! I've used JMAC Heating & Cooling numerous times and they really are the best.

Tony was on time and very professional. He checked out both of our ac units and added about a pound of freon to one of them. Very trustworthy company!

Cleaned up good in the house. Left a little bit of a mess on the street in front of the driveway. I thought I was getting new grills on the ducts included in the price but they didn’t have any with them and wanted to charge me almost $400 more plus $ a $75 trip charge to come back and install them. I turned that down.

Steve was wonderful! We appreciate JMac’s prompt service and professionalism- Steve always goes above and beyond when he comes to our house for a service appt.

AC had failed while gone for 4months. Called JMAC late in the day Wednesday. They sent a technician Thursday morning. Needed a compressor. They installed it
Friday. Both technicians were courteous, upbeat, and very capable. This was no surprise. JMAC installed the units 9 years ago and have taken care of us since then almost ona personal level. They never overcharge and explain everything.

I am very impressed with this company. They had the unit I needed in stock and were able to schedule me for next day service. Their bid beat the other 3 bids I received and was the best quality unit of all three companies' bids. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. And most importantly, my new a/c system is working great and comes with a terrific warranty.

Can't say enough good things about JMac. Brandon was our tech, I got a notification when he was enroute. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He let me go up on the roof and ask some questions. Turned out all we needed was a capacitor. Thank You JMac, Thank You Brandon. If you need HVAC work call JMac!!! They are amazing

Steve was great! He was on time and very clear with everything he needed to do in order to get my new thermostats installed. He was in and out in less than an hour but he never seemed to be rushing. I would definitely recommend JMAC heating and cooling to my friends and family.

Tony was knowledgeable and did what he could for me but unfortunately it was a bad compressor. Ordered part right away. And in the mean time I decided to replace whole unit which availability at this time is unknown. So there will be 2 options on the table. Compressor in 24hrs or a whole unit depending on availability. J Mac is great. Quality work, punctual, and very knowledgeable. I have used their services twice before and I will again.
