Cactus Valley HVAC

This company has gone down hill in the past year. Not sure what’s going on but management should be aware because you just lost a customer for life and I will not be referring them out any longer. We used them when we bought our home almost 2 years ago. We called them back when we needed a new HVAC system installed. We were happy with the price and service. We went to turn out heat on 2 weeks ago and it didn’t work. Our unit is only about 4 months old, there should be no issues. We called and made an appointment, they never showed up. We reschedule and the technician came before the scheduled time so no one was home. When we had repairs on our old unit and also needed a new unit they had a tech out the next day but now that they need to warranty their work we can’t seem to get them out to help. This is the worst service I e ever had.

Cactus Valley is truly a step above the rest. From start to finish the new HVAC and duct installation was a positive experience. They were efficient, professional, and well priced for the work that was completed. Richard was very responsive and thorough. This company operates on the principles of honesty and integrity which is rare to come by. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating!

Really appreciate Ryan, Lou and Richard for going above and beyond to take care of my AC needs. From getting on the schedule to communication from the tech to handling the bill was a smooth process. It makes it much easier to handle things from miles away! Thanks gentleman!

As a former employee who didn’t get paid for 2 weeks of work and getting told by the owner that their not paying you should say it all. BEWARE of this company they don’t care about their employees. I wouldn’t recommend these crooks in your house.

Guy shows up telling me I need a new system and it will run me over $11K, my home is only 7 years old. So I get a second opinion and find out it was just a fan in one of my condensor units. Don't trust them!

Richard (the owner) arrived promptly for scheduled maintenance of my home’s AC system. He was very professional and his prices were fair. I would highly recommend this company.

My ac wasn’t working gave them a call and sure enough had the tech at my door very punctually. He got to work right away he introduced himself as Joey. He was very knowledgeable and figured out and fixed the issue right away. Thank you cactus valley hvac and thank you Joey.

Cedric came out to service our AC and give us a quote for some remodeling we are doing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and prompt - highly recommend Cactus Valley!

Richard and Ben came to take a look at my unit after the Arizona summer heat left my AC unable to keep up. They were both friendly, helpful, and didn’t rush my service or pushed me into more services than necessary to get my AC blowing cold again. The office even called me to get an earlier appointment when availability opened up, that’s great service.
