John and Ben were on time, early actually, and ready to go. Very professional, friendly, and courteous of our home. Completed their inspection in a good amount of time and cleaned up after they were done. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My AC went out during a roofing project and the company called Richard to find the problem. It was a cut wire and fuse and Richard was able to fix it quickly. He was so polite, professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice. I will definitely call him again if needed and refer him to others.

Richard is so professional and extremely knowledgeable. My AC unit went out in the middle of summer and he was able to fix the issues within a couple of hours. I was able to then bring him into helping the owner of my beauty salon when things starting going south. I highly recommend Richard. He now works on my entire families AC/heating units and we all know we can fully rely on him.

Cedric and Ben were excellent. They were so friendly and explained things clearly. They were on time and let us know before they arrived that they were on their way. They took time to answer or questions and gave us a quote on some other things we were interested in. We were really pleased with their work and their prices. We will definitely use them again.

We had Cedric come for an AC service and ended up needing some parts replaced. He was very honest and thorough about the repairs needed but zero pressure about completing them same day. He was able to do the repairs same day and happy to have found a reliable AC company!

Our AC unit broke in the middle of the night. I called every 24/7 AC repair place I could find, and Cactus Valley was the first to respond to me and able to come out that morning. The tech was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what needed to be done, very professional. I will be calling them for all AC needs!!
