Joey saved me from the heat when he came to fix my A/C. He was early/on time and very professional. I will definitely be using this company again!

Had them out to install an ozone odor filter and clean the ac system. Richard(I believe one of the owners) was very courteous and professional and my system has been working great ever since.

Richard (with Cactus Valley) helped me navigate the process every step of the way with honest, helpful answers to my many HVAC questions. I felt so comfortable working with him from day 1. When Richard, Cedric, and Johnathan showed up exactly the day and time we scheduled for the new instillation, I was delighted with their professional introductions and their pleasant demeanors. By the time they finished up the job, I wanted to adopt all three of them, and I’m pretty sure they left my house cleaner than they found it!! I smiled this morning as my new energy-efficient heater purred like a fine tuned machine, and vanquished the morning chill. I’m happy I won’t have to dread a mid-summer air conditioner failure with my new A/C unit Cactus Valley installed. Their pricing was very competitive with the other companies I researched, but I’ll never be able to put a price on their trustworthiness and expertise! Richard is the BOMB!! He sent me a text when he was on his way, which was in the early part of the scheduled window time. Clean, respectful and quick . It looked like he had the newest, up to date tools to evaluate the system which made me feel like the readings were accurate. I have 20 year old systems and he did not push a replacement sale. definitely recommend this company!!

I called Cactus Valley HVAC for an AC unit maintenance, Richard, Cedric and Jonathan came out and while they were hear they recommended a duct cleaning. Jonathan came back on a Saturday to clean my ducts. They are honest, fast and are fair priced. I 100% recommend Cactus Valley HVAC.

Cactus Valley was very responsive when we called them after we determined we were having a issue with a damper in our system. The technician, Cedric, was was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He managed to identify and remedy the problem, without having to get into a costly replacement. I would definitely recommend this company and Cedric specifically for any HVAC issues you may have.
