My family needed a new A/C unit, ours was almost 30 years old. We called Semper Fi and they sent out someone named John that same day for a free inspection/quote. John E. was very professional and respectful and even gave us an awesome discount for having military in the family. They offered to have a new unit to our house in less than two days, but my wife and I decided 4 days later.
Blake and Mike came out, on time, and very professionally installed our new A/C unit. They even paid a lot of attention to smaller details in their installation. I was very impressed with this company and wouldn't choose any other.

Thir quality of workmanship is great. I went to the roof top and took pictures after the installment. So far I'm happy.

We showed up at our rental home in Avondale, and noticed the a/c not working well, within 6 hours Clayton from Semper Fi heating and cooling showed up, very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave us all the repair options and prices on site, we decided to do a full a/c upgrade since our system was old. He worked the price down for us and within 24 hrs we had a complete new a/c system installed.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
They deliver a damaged air conditioner when I mentioned it they said it was normal. I made them come out and look at it. When the tech came out he said it was too damaged to fix so they delivered another one the next door. That one was also damaged. I had tech come out again this time they were able to some what correct the condenser coils by combining them out.
The unit is loud and makes different sounds when the unit shuts off, sometimes it's quiet most of the time it sounds like a bomb.

It's just a marketing gimmick.

Neal was great! Came to do a yearly service and we had some major issues going on with our 16-year old systems. He explained everything in detail and we ended up replacing both units in which the installers were here and down the next day. Will definitely be recommending them and using them for years to come

Jourdan came and did an A/C tune up at the end of May. He provided fast and friendly service and was very straightforward. He pointed out that the evaporator coil was very rusted out and towards the end of it’s life and made some other repairs to hopefully get us through the summer. After it warmed up a few weeks ago, the circuit breaker for the AC kept tripping. Jourdan returned and noticed that we were low on refrigerant and that the evaporator had indeed sprung a leak. He was able to build me a quote and get me the best discount available to replace my system on Saturday and schedule me to have it replaced on Monday.

Owen and Albert arrived on Monday and walked through it with me and answered questions I had. Owen got straight to work and did an excellent job while training Albert along the way. They did a very professional job and left me with no mess and cool AC for my family. Thank you all for your professionalism and for getting this done. It is usually very hard to find good contractors to do work at my house and you all satisfied my expectations.

Called Semper Fi to have them come out and offer a second opinion on a previous vendor's recommendations. Semper Fi was quick to determine what the actual issue was, offered a very fair price on a replacement condenser, and came out the next day to install the unit.
On the day of the install, Enrique Q, and Marco A came out and spent the morning removing the old unit and installing the new one. They were very professional and courteous, and also very respectful of our home. They cleaned up when they were done - and we couldn't be happier!
