Thank you for being a company that stands behind their work. I called, was placed on the schedule they showed up when they said they would did my maintenance. Followed up with some preventive issues gave me options with no pressure. Eric the technician was respectful, patient, and explained things so my wife could understand. They even came back out right away when I called with a concern. Thanks guys, Kimberly for understanding and exceeding my expectations.

I needed a new AC unit. I was surprised that they had a representative that would come over around 2 hours. Now that is responsive.
The representative, forget his name, was very professional in a great way. He spent a little time getting to know us and what we needed. We went over our options and got our quote. It was VERY reasonable.
Semper Fi was actually able to install it the NEXT day. Now that is FAST! All we needed to do was to wait until tomorrow.
The day of the install went on with a hitch. Semper Fi was here early on in the day. The crew was on the roof and got the until ready to be lifted off the roof. All they had to was to wait for the crane. The crane was here lifted off the old and placed on the new AC in just a few minutes.
The crew spent the time to install our new AC. They paid attention to detail during the entire install. One item came up of the thermostat if wanted changed out, which we didn't, we have the programmable Ecobee 4.
The AC was turned on and blowing COLD!

First of all A/C is Not cheap! I own "Several" rentals and have delt with dozens of A/C companys in the past and 9 out of 10 that I've done business with in the past I would Never use again. I kept having the same problems over & over and they Never would take responsibilty and just fix the problem.
Semper Fi A/C did everything they said they would do!

The Semper Fi team was responsive and very professional. They arrived on time and completed the mini-split system install in one day. They seem to pay a great of attention to detail and made sure everything was cleaned up and in order prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Our AC broke on the night of 5/29/23. I called semper fi the next morning when they were able to get me scheduled for that same afternoon. The tech (sorry can't remember his name) was professional and had wonderful customer service. He answered all of our questions as he walked us through our options to replace our unit. The next day our unit was installed by Jay, Geo and Andres who were just as wonderful as the original tech.

I cannot recommend Semper-Fi enough. This is an exceptional business with equally exceptional staff. Not only did they save our boiling butts last summer after another company performed "maintenance" on our A/C and our system, quite literally, exploded and stopped working, but they also installed a new HVAC system after uncovering our compressor was not too legit and was about to quit. They were communicative, friendly, and ensured we were comfortable with pricing before we scheduled the installation. The new system installation took about 2-3 hours and the install team made sure we knew what to expect, how to use our system, and any next steps or questions about warranty, etc. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and will continue to do business with only them.

On Mothers Day our a/c went out. I called Semper Fi on Monday. Their service tech, Ty was out the same day. Our unit was 15 years old so we needed a new one. Ty was on time, professional and got us a portable unit to help coolus off until our new unit could be installed. On Wed of the same week, our our unit came and was installed by two of the nicest young men. geo and James were on time, very professional and explained everything they were doing as they did it. They were very neat and tidy. Cleaned up their mess as they went along. I would recommend Semper Fi to anyone who needs a new A/C unit. Thank you Semper Fi
