Semper Fi was awesome. We had an issue with our A/C unit and the cost from the home warranty to do more work needed was not worth putting into an older system. So we looked around for a better deal and Semper Fi helped us with getting a new A/C unit installed in less than a couple of days within our budget. We will definitely recommend Semper Fi they will do what they can to help make sure you get you A/C needs taken care of.

My first interface with Semper Fi was Michael, the sales and service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took some time back in his vehicle, after assessing my needs, to figure the right capabilities, size and best price scenarios to meet my needs.

Within a couple days Richard and Brandon showed up to do the install work. They were also helpful, listened to my concerns and were very friendly, accommodating and technically proficient. It was clear that they had high standards and took extra care to get everything done just right. Really nice to see people who go the extra mile!

Semper FI employees were great. Travis who initially came to do a full system tune up turned into me purchasing a new air conditioning unit.

Travis explained everything to me and how the current ac unit was and how it was handling the cool air and heat.

When I decided to purchase to a new ac, the crew who came to my home to install the newly purchase ac unit. They were all great. They explained to me the process and now my new home has a new ac unit to go with it.

Got someone out within 2 hours of filling out an appointment online and the following they got my unit installed plus still got me a temporary unit in between. I purchased an AC unit to Cool down my garage, which got so HOT last year that it did damage to valuable keepsakes as well as damage to my car. This company goes way beyond expectacceperFited the contract at 8:30pm and they ppwrerformed the total install the very next day and by 6pm my garage was cool down to 72 degrees.

We shopped around for the replacement of our 2 A/C units. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote and the 20% discount for military families was a substantial savings. Brad, the consultant, was polite, forthcoming and honest. He worked hard to give us the best price and we were able to afford to get our ducts cleaned as well. We even got a air purification system in both units. I can already tell the difference!!! They had the units in stock so the install was literally the next day. The install team was quick, efficient, polite and did a wonderful job. They had both units installed in just a couple of hours. The clean up crew showed up about and hour later and took away all the mess. Did I mention they beat the competition's price by nearly 30%!!!! They even do all the paperwork for the warranties for you. AMAZING! I can't recommend them highly enough but get your own bids....then call Semper Fi. The whole experience was OUTSTANDING!

With four children under four, home service always always bring concern for rusty nails and possibly rude service persons. Not with Semper Fi! The sales and service men were so respectful and kind, particularly to our children. They removed our rusted air conditioner without leaving a single nail. Super clean. Super professional.
