Huge thanks to Brad, Jose, Jacob, and John. What a fantastic team! I was thrilled when I came across Semper Fi on my TikTok 'For You Page.' I was just about to make a purchase with another company, but then Brad thoroughly discussed finance options/ warranties Semper Fi offers. Luckily, I qualified as I didn't have any cash. Now, I have a new AC unit and water tank. The sales, installers, support staff and installers were all very professional, polite and experienced. I highly recommend Semper Fi to everyone.

When I callled Semper Fi for possible replacement of evaporation coil in my attic due to Freon leak, they quickly setup a service appointment. The technician checked the system and made a proposal for coil replacement with reasonable price. Then two technicians came two days later and replaced the coil with new Goodman coil. It works fine now. Need longer time to see its performance.

I will tell you that I will only use Semper Fi as my AC and plumbing service. John has guaranteed my service with his professionalism and going above beyond to guarantee that my experience with Semper Fi was exceptional. Our family has had multiple new units installed at two separate properties as well as maintenance on the old clunker units we had before. I have had plenty of dealings with other companies before Semper Fi but after our first visit, I knew we would never call another business again. Each unit we have purchased, Semper Fi came in under the total cost of Parker & Sons, Goettl and Penguin Air. They even offer veterans/first responders discounts including on new units! Their install teams are even so thorough that they laid down a sheet over the carpet so as not to track anything through the home. I even recommend their financing through Good Leap, it truly is 0% interest terms if that’s something you require. You will never meet a bad attitude at Semper Fi, no slick salesmen or bologna you don’t need. If you have questions, they will give you all the resources for your own fact-checking, as they have nothing to hide. When my mom’s old unit went out in the dead of summer, they drove out a portable unit to keep her cool while they were ordering a part they’d need for install. My unit was already in warehouse as they have a huge stock in hand. I cannot say enough about this company, I only wish we had found them much sooner. This old house hit 74 degrees in 30 seconds! It’s never ever been this cool!

We had 2 units installed and an entire new system in the attic. It might not be the cheapest but I feel it is the best!

The AC unit at my home finally kicked the bucket during a 100 degree day and I was in a panic. I got a few bids from local companies but chose Semper Fi due to many reasons. They came out same day to provide me a free estimate and the technician was SUPER informative. My background is in sales and marketing so I know nothing about AC's. The tech spent the time to break down all options with me so I was 100% clear on what to expect and what I would be purchasing. Being in sales, I know the "pushy" feeling and I didn't feel that way at all with my technician. They were able to work with my budget and get me installed the NEXT day! The install crew was very respectful of my home and so polite. I even got a call the next day from the office to check in and see how everything went. I honestly thought this process would be very stressful but Semper Fi made it easy, and for that I am grateful!

Really enjoyed working w Semper Fi, same day service and my technician Rodney was super cool and worked fast. Also, I received a phone call from the service manager Cody who helped answer a few more questions. They went out of their way to make me a returning customer. AC compressor stopped working early in the morning and I had new unit installed on my roof the next morning. Very professional company. Documentation was excellent. All of the employees were informed, kind and professional. I would highly recommend Semper Fi Heating and Cooling.
