The service representative was professional & informative. He explained what services that I would need, as well as, walking me through installation day details. The technicians were on time and completed the job satisfactorily. They honored my request of 'no shoes inside by laying out multiple tarps. The company was also responsive in providing drywall repair services because the access frame work had to come down and a small repair was also needed for a wall. All in all I would recommend this company.

We saw the add on TV. My son is a veteran and owns his own business, so we try to use Veteran owned businesses. From the first call to the moment the installers left this was a wonderful experience. The salesman was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Able and Enrique the installers were so professional, kind, patient and hard workers. My system is running as promised. I would highly recommend Semper Fi to my family and friends.

We just got 4 new units installed at our house and couldn’t be happier! They came out within a day for the initial inspection, then were ready to install all 4 units in a few days!

Received many quotes to replace our hvac unit and I must give a shout out to Semper Fi Heating and Cooling. Matt gave us a great price but more importantly he listened, explained, gave us options, and was the best in the business. I had one company tell me they can’t give me a written quote because ‘we don’t want our competitors to know our price’. Really? Matt was upfront all along the way and kept us informed.

The best company I have ever used for price, service, reliability. Their installation employees are the kind of people that I would try to steal if I still had my own contracting business. They worked a twelve hour day at the same pace for my hvac installation because of a problem with my wiring. Explained everything every step of the easy, did an unbelievable clean up job, and smiled the entire time. Good for Semper Fi to have these employees working for them!

On June 2, 2023, The Hectors did a great job removing and replacing my rooftop ac unit. They called me at 7am to confirm that they would be on time and they did arrive On Time and got right to work. Hector had to drive all the way back to the shop to pick up the custom made frame stand when he was told it would be delivered, this was up and beyond because He returned just in time to accommodate the crane schedule. Awesome preparation of the rooftop supply/return elbow plenum area. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and patiently explained every question that I had, Thank You to The Hectors!, Outstanding!

Semper Fi Heating and Cooling technicians are very professional and always with great sense of humors. They did a great job installing my new unit and within the time frame they gave. My consultant Mike Gabhart was the best and helped pick the best unit for my house. He also had allowed me to use a portable a/c unit to help stay cool until the unit was installed. Now, I'm no longer in the heat and staying cool! Thank You Semper Fi for your hard work and for being the best to do business with. Nice quiet unit.

We had new air conditioner installed on July 3rd by Tech Jeremy R. This young man came by himself, on time and worked for 10 hours to make sure we were left comfortable. Temperature was above 100 at ground level so attic was probably double.
He did not take a lunch break but I made him come in and eat a sandwich and desert. I made sure he was hydrated in addition to all the water he bought. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.
He is very hard worker, knowledgeable of product, answered all our questions.
I Recommend him highly.
The whole company from office personal, to salesman Ty, are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of products.

Semper Fi was able to schedule someone to check out our unit within 2 hours of calling on a Sunday. Craig was our technician and called me when he was on the way, and showed up on time. He helped us figure out there was a problem with our Nest thermostat, and checked our ground unit and attic air handler just to be sure. Very happy and will use them again!
