My experience with Semper Fi was fantastic, even with the bill. Our service technician Mike G. was knowledgeable and he took time to explain what the problem was and how solve it. Mike was truly kind and patient and wanted to get our family comfortable as fast as possible. He was so through. The Rileys thank you very much Mike and Semper Fi.

I can't say enough about Semper Fi, they are an honest company and really care about there customers! And Clayton was the best he went above and beyond to get us in our new unit, they even brought in a portable unit to keep us cool while the new unit was installed within the next day. With competitive pricing all-in-all doing business with Semper Fi was great!

I can not say enough about this company. Semper Fi by far is the best HVAC company that I have ever used since living in Arizona We have used Semper Fi for our annual maintenance every year twice a ,ear for ac and heating. This year we had an issue with the ac system.We called Semper Fi and they sent a tech right out. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the problem so they had to send out another tech. Aron went above and beyond of what he was initially sent out for.Aron spent 2 hours trying to pinpoint the problem He was only supposed be on our job for 20 minutes. He came to install a thermostat but that wasn't the issue. Aron came back today spent 3 more hours and fixed our unit after carefully troubleshooting the entire unit. He was FANTASTIC and I can't say enough about him. Semper Fi is very lucky to have an Employee so loyal and professional as Aron. He said he couldn't leave until he found the problem and fixed it. Well, that's what he did.

Quick turnaround in service. After 27 years I was in need of a new AC system. Met with a technician on a Sunday morning for a consult and by Monday afternoon the system was all set up and running. Technicians Hector and Jesus did great work installing everything. Highly recommend.

Ty ended up servicing my unit for the promotion currently running and during the tune up/inspection he noticed a few issues. He ended up having everything on hand so I had everything fixed same day. I was very impressed by how fast Ty was able to service my unit, going up into my attic and servicing the outside unit only took him about an hour and a half.

It’s a bad situation when your air conditioning goes out just before temperatures start hitting 100 or more! Simper Fi evaluated the problem and had a brand new, highly efficient system installed within three days. Blake and Jordan were great installers working in very hot conditions. Both answered questions and stayed positive all day. They solved some challenging problems and cleaned up well. Thanks for supporting veterans!

I have no words for my experience with this companies technician that came to our home yesterday not for his quality of work cus after he opened his mouth we didn’t trust him.

1. He asked my mother the homeowner of our house (Yes! Women can own homes in this day and age. crazy.) Where the man of the house was so he can speak to him “regarding finances and payment and hard decision making” his words. Aside from my mother, being a widow of 2 years I am pretty sure she can make her own decisions. Thank you.

2. He was very vague about what needed repair work, and said he would discuss it at the end.

3. Honestly, I don’t know anyone who likes to be talked to like they’re stupid but we’re we’re not those people. I promise you. But sure enough that’s exactly what he did.

4. when he finally gave us a quote, he let us know it was gonna be about $2000 for a get this “wire repair and to switch out a capacitor and said we were better off (after he made sure it was unplugged for his concern for our safety.)Just replacing the whole system for a great deal of $23,000. But was being “nice and doing us a favor by dropping it to $13,000

5. After my mother asked just for everything sent in an email cus after the way he spoke to us we had decided we would rather roast than use this company he continued to try and up sell for 15 min after repeatedly being told to just send it in an email.

6. Told the other technician that helped us what the previous said and did, he laughed.

7.We called another another company who did not only those two repairs but additional repairs for $400 I will give you that technician’s recommendation over this company any day.

Overall fantastic experience! Excited to have new units here in AZ!!! The original tech was very customer service driven and took care of us. The installers were professional and took care of my home while they removed and installed the units. Very socialable and had great comvos with these guys. I didn’t feel like I was talking to robots. Great work guys!!

They contacted me and told me that the technician would be delayed and he would call when he was 30 minutes out, he called and was prompt at 30 minutes exactly! Thorough and well-knowledged and professional across the board. If you can request a technician, I would suggest Brandon! Great job.

JOSHUA came out to my house and gave me an estimate for a new AC, he was thorough and direct with regards to what would best suit the house. The quote from Semper Fi came in 3K less than my earlier estimate for a higher seer rated system. Less than 24 hours later Bill and Justin arrive and complete the removal and installation with out any issues. Bravo Zulu to the team for a job well done.
