After having significant issues with our prior system that kept going out, we used Semper Fi to install a new system. Hector and Enrique handled the installation. They were courteous, professional and did a great job explaining the system and installation to us. We’ve been so impressed with the team at Semper Fi from the first day we met with them. They even brought us a portable a/c unit for use for three days before our new system was installed. We can’t say enough about how fantastic Enrique, Hector and the entire Semper Fi team has been. We wish we could give 10 stars!

Craig was very personable and professional! He explained the service as well as taking the time to ask our preferences upon the installation. Would definitely ask for him for any needs in the future.

Every body was wonderful from Brad who came right out and sold me the unit tot he three gentlemen that installed it.Jay Geo and Andres. the were professional courteous and just plane nice guys. Its never a fun time when your AC goes and you have to replace it but this Semper Fi made it nice to do business with I would and will recommend them to others.

Be ware the 17.99$ inspection gets them to your home to make some money. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. Looking at the final receipt I was charged 718$ to have cleaner sprayed on my coils, that took 10 minutes. I wish I paid more attention in the estimate, I was just given a verbal total and assumed most of it was to replace capacitor. This seems way overpriced and I feel taken advantage of. I will look for another company for future needs.

Gabe came out for our initial diagnostic and was very informational. Malachi came and installed a temporary window air conditioner for our use until our roof air conditioner could be installed and was extremely kind. Enrique and Abel came to install our roof air conditioner the next day after our initial diagnostic and explained everything about our thermostat to us. All of our interactions with this company were professional and pleasant. Best company I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic. Everyone performed to my expectations so far(awaiting duct and dryer vent cleaning). Diagnosing A/C issue(Todd), explaining options for repair, and replacing my HVAC equipment(Jared and Corbin) was orchestrated beautifully. Offering and providing temporary equipment for comfort was welcome. That step was fulfilled with delivery and install by Matthew, of a portable cooling device which functioned nicely(a bit noisy but tolerable). At each phase of action, care was exhibited with respect to property and aesthetics. Nice job Semper Fi!

Technician David did an amazing job explaining the situation for my moms house. He took pictures, went through each one with me and made sure I understood the issues. David was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. (Not like other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. Things felt rushed, I didn’t understand the whole situation, they were rude and intimidating.)
David not only signed me up for a program for my home but went above and beyond by having the office contact me to make sure my appointment got scheduled for maintenance. I’m so happy he did because it’s easy to let things slide, specially when it comes to scheduling for maintenance when it’s not the first thing on a persons mind because there’s no issues with the unit.
I care for a lot of people and it’s nice to know this is one thing I no longer need to be worrying about.Thank you David! You are greatly appreciated.
Every time I’ve had contact with staff, everyone has been friendly and happy to help me. It’s very nice dealing with a company where everyone enjoys doing their jobs.

Very responsive to our call and Travis was at our house within an hour or so. Explained in very easy to understand terms what was wrong and what he suggested we should do. Cost was very reasonable and there was no attempt to over sell. Extremely happy with the service.

Matt Wolf serviced our system and we can’t recommend him enough. He spent so much time with us—we are new to using AC systems—and explained everything he was doing throughout the visit. He even helped us figure out how to install a smart thermostat. He didn’t push upsells but did explain their services and was honest about which future services we might want. We’ll be using Semper Fi again and asking for Matt.
One other piece of feedback: the next day Gabe from their inside sales dept called us presumably to see how our experience was. However, once he found out we weren’t needing additional services, he seemed to want off the phone. We gave him the feedback about Matt and asked him to ensure management received it, but he only directed us to restate it here. I’m sure Gabe is a good guy but maybe some customer service training and better listening skills would be of help for him.

Called them because our AC system wasn’t working right. They came out the same day to diagnose the problem, and were able to replace necessary parts of our system the very next day. Technicians, Geo, Jay, Andres, and Jose, were friendly and professional. The company worked well to solve issues that arose during the installation, and we are very happy with the finished project. Their availability was amazing—other companies wouldn’t have been able to even come to evaluate our system in the time these guys had it replaced.
