Chris came on a Sunday for an emergency leak. A pipe busted in the wall above my refrigerator. He was professional & knew exactly what he the problem was. He explained everything to me before doing anything. I had a different plumbing company come out the day before & got the complete runaround from them. I will recommend Rainforest to everyone!

I had called for an estimate on having my swamp cooler removed. While they were on the roof they noticed that my AC was leaking water due to a clogged drain. They really didn't have to say anything since that wasn't whey they were there. I am very glad they did since they were able to clean the drain and do what maintenance needed to be done to my AC unit. There was no pressure at all for the service. They simply explained what needed to be done. Both techs were very very nice and professional and took pictures and video of everything that they were doing. Extremely pleased with the service and will be using Rainforest from now on. They are also reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Connor from Rainforest Plumbing came out. He was very professional and timely. He explained the problem we had with our toilet and educated us on how to repair it in the event it happens again. He was amazing and I would not only have him be our plumber in the future, Rainforest Plumbing will earn our business for as long as they are in business. We contracted with Rainforest to remove and install 2 new AC units in our house. Rainforest was amazing to work with. I called them on Tuesday and told that we need AC units they had them available next day. We scheduled for Friday install. Ebbie was the foreman on the job and he had 2 other techs on his team. They arrived in the morning and worked all day. By end of day they installed both units and had them up and running. When I arrived after work we tested both heating and cooling. Everything worked and the job was done. The job site they left was clean and I didn’t have to worry about cleaning up after them. I strongly recommend Rainforest Plumbing and Air.

My 90 yr old father had a leak in his front yard. We needed help and fast. Rainforest put us next in line (thanks Sheri). The tech showed up and found the problem and went to work. He repaired the leak, had the yard all put back together making it look as good as new in just a short time and we were charged a very reasonable price. Thanks Conner! Called Rainforest for a plumbing inspection for a property recently purchased. The techs that came out basically told me that I was being dramatic about the VERY OBVIOUS sewer gas smell coming from inside home. Basically refused to do inspection for the first 15 minutes they were there and then said they were going to scope the pipes but obviously did not scope very far or even look around as there was a FULLY CORRODED PIPE in the basement that was very obvious to the second company I brought out to look at it. They still charged me the inspection fees even though it's very obvious that they didn't do anything, and Techs acted like it was a hassle to be there, completely unprofessional... 1/10 because I want this review to register. IF THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT YOU ARE USING RUN THE OTHER WAY.

Rainforest’s techs that I’ve dealt with are great. We’ve had a plumber of theirs come out and the ac tech to do our regular check up on our system. And they were both great. Only thing we didn’t care for was one of their ac sales guys, very pushy, very hard sell, very heavy on upselling, especially on a system that wouldn’t have worked on the existing duct setup.
But overall they have fantasitic techs. And the cabana club package they offer is a very good value. Worth every penny.
