Rainforest Plumbing & Air Conditioning Repair

We recently bought a house and the duct work kept collapsing. I contacted Rainforest and they immediately came out to diagnose the issue and provided a solution in a professional and timely manner. I was extremely impressed by Cruz who came to patch the hole in our ceiling after the job was completed. He was courteous, kind, and very professional. I will certainly be calling Rainforest for any future HVAC/Plumbing needs.

We recently had Jay out for a bunch of A/C services, he is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond on one of our calls. He went one huge step further and knew that one of our systems would be covered under warranty. Found the part we needed and came back to install and saved us a bunch of money. He truly loves what he does and is so very knowledgeable.

Frank with Rainforest did a great job. He was friendly and helpful. We had called the “national brand” company and they promised to be here by 8am that day and never showed up! It was an emergency drain cleaning and Frank drove an hour to get to our house by 9:00pm. Well beyond expectations. I will use them for all my plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Taking the time to write this review because I am absolutely happy and satisfied with rainforest plumbing and HVAC. Not only did they show up on such short notice (which was very convenient) they sent out one of the best technicians I’ve ever encountered named Jesse! This technician is the true definition of a service technician! He went above and beyond from the moment I met him till the job was done and completed! He’s very professional, personable, neat and takes pride in his work! I was having major shower 🚿 issues and it was urgent. Estimate $1995 for 50 gal elec water heater install in attic.

Called to ask when a new install could be done and refused to tell me when that could be until I accepted their contract.

HomeDepot agreed to install a Reem the next day for $1695.

As always, RF was extremely responsive and professional with an unexpected plumbing issue due to the age of the existing infrastructure in our home.

Jessie was extremely knowledgable & skilled in identifying the issue & repairing it the same day it was called in. Superb customer-service from the time of the call until the repair was finished. Highly recommend RF!
