Rainforest Plumbing & Air Conditioning Repair

I am writing specifically to give a big thank you to JAY. He was completely professional, patient, caring, and thorough when he came at midnight (on a holiday weekend!) to help my sister with her AC. It was blowing hot air only. We were there worried that we would have to take her back to our home. He showed up with an encouraging and polite disposition. He had excellent listening and communication skills. He explained everything to us, and was able to fix the problem with careful double checking too. (I had been worried he may fix and leave in a rush.) BUT, not at all. He wanted to give some time to check once it was working and verify that all was well. It is a rarity to encounter such an amazing professional. Thank you so much Jay. You are wonderful and we appreciate your help and expertise so much.

Called this company for a second quote. Christian and his colleague came the same day and confirmed I needed a new water tank. Matched the other company and installed right there and then! Techs were friendly, professional and and explained everything to me along the way (which I totally appreciated! I was already replacing the tank so it wasn’t a sales pitch). They left the area clean and neat. Great job, highly recommend and will use again for plumbing needs.

We have been having all sorts of ac problems with the apartment we are renting. They finally sent in some professional help to look at our ac unit. Jay came in and was immediately at work. He took the time to listen to what the problem was, he asked questions, and then left no stone unturned in his work. He was very upfront with me, and did everything that he could to remedy the situation while he was here! I appreciate the heck out of the job he did, and the way he leveled with me. This great company probably saved my Dads life. My father is 94, has dementia and lives in Mesa AZ. His AC failed on the day that the media proclaimed as 'planet earth's hottest day ever'. Rainforest responded immediately by installing a portable AC unit and then showed up THE NEXT DAY to completely replace my Dad's AC with a brand new system. 5 stars from me.

UPDATE: We had a technician come out to our home to fix our shower valve which was leaking. The technician fixed the issue quickly, and shower has worked as intended since.

We had some questions for Rainforest Plumbing regarding billing, they had their service manager Spencer reach out this morning. He was very thorough, honest and pleasant to talk to. He answered our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the solution. Thank you for your help Spencer!

East Valley Children’s Theatre had an unexpected sink clog today, on our first day of Imagination Theatre Camp. We called Rainforest and the problem was resolved quickly and without breaking the bank. We are grateful and so are our students!

We had such a great experience with the tech from Rainforest. Our AC unit went out and he arrived same day. He was on time, courteous and professional. He quoted a fair price and walked us through exactly what caused the issue. They were our third quote, and while the other companies tried to upsell on new units and additional service, they seemed fair and honest with their assessment of repairing the broken part. Had rainforest fox the AC at my house and they sent a fantastic technician, Kyle, and he was able to fix my AC quick and the price was better than the other quotes I got! Highly recommended in all aspects.

The technician, Robert G. was responsive, professional and efficient. He restored the AC at a completely reasonable rate when I thought the system would need to be replaced.
