Rainforest Plumbing & Air Conditioning Repair

Rainforest was top notch from beginning to end! What a great experience! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and punctual. They had my old A/C tore out and the new one installed the day after i called them out. They even put portable a/c"s in my home so we would be comfortable overnight! Customer service was impeccable! Their Techs and managers are very professional and answered all my questions. I absolutely love my new unit and I HIGHLY recommend Rainforest!!! They have made me a life long Customer hands down!! THANK YOU RAINFOREST!!!

I have used Rainforest in the past so when I had a leak this time I called them first. Because they are open 24 hours I was able to talk to someone early morning, and I loved that part! I had to turn my water off so it would not continue to leak.

I talked to a customer service person who took my info and said a scheduler would call me. I did not hear from anyone until early afternoon when Taylor called to say he was on his way. I was confused because I thought I would get a call to schedule a visit, not a call that someone was on the way. I had questions about what needed to be done and only wanted an estimate at this point.

Taylor was great. It turned out that fixing the leak would be a bigger job that required him to schedule time for the next day, so I got my estimate and a clear explanation of what needed to be done.

However, because I did not hear back from Rainforest until afternoon I called someone else who was able to come out same day, diagnose the issue, and fix it at that same visit. And the cost was one third of the estimate quoted by Rainforest.

I gave Rainforest 4 stars because they were responsive and explained things clearly. Taylor was great and very professional. I just think the pricing was too high and having to go an extra day without water made it hard for me to choose Rainforest for my repair work.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the Rainforest team for the outstanding service I have received throughout my recent AC repairs. From the kindness demonstrated during my after-hours call, to the absolutely top-notch care given by my technician, Anthony, I am reminded why I choose Rainforest for plumbing and air conditioning needs at my personal home as well as my two rental properties. I truly appreciate the integrity and level of skill that went into diagnosing and repairing my AC system. Anthony went above and beyond by locating the needed parts several miles away, and came back late in the evening to get my home back up and running in the 100+ degree weather. - We are truly appreciative.

Installation went well. My thanks to Brian and Ebbie for their attention to detail. This is my first time using Rainforest for a residential project. I have used them many times for commercial projects and found them to be just as professional and competent. I will contact them again for future issues and recommend them for plumbing or HVAC needs.

As an apartment community manager, my experience with Rainforest has been quite expansive including anything from AC diagnosis/repair to full system replacement, sewer back up resolution, sewer clean-out AND MORE!
