Brandon is extremely professional and beyond knowledgeable of all the systems throughout the home. He was quick to respond, provided expert diagnosis and had resolutions in less than 24 hours. Some of the best service I have received in a very long time. Highly recommended!

Jason arrived on time and explained what was happening with my A/C. He had come a year ago and the system had gotten worse and likely to fail in the summer. I'd had some other techs from other companies visit and they'd confirmed what Jason said a year ago. I'd taken bids before and Jason's bid was similar plus he increased the warranty and Lowered the price for cash. Happy with the deal.

The installers (Rolando and two others) arrived on time and were professional and very pleasant to interact with throughout the job. They kept me informed at all points and Rolando demonstrated how to use the new smart thermostat and how to get the rebate from SRP. I thought all three were trustworthy and focused on making me a happy customer, which I am.

The service man, Kenneth was very polite and very thorough.
He gave me some suggestions that would improve the operation of both the heating and A/C units.

Oct 2022 - Water heater drain and anode replacement.

4-10-23 Kenneth came out for a system check and to adjust a fan setting. He is a top-notch tech that has been to my house several times over the years. He is very pleasant and professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Ken was polite, knowledgeable, and competent. He did all that he could to give me the best possible financial situation. So far I am extremely pleased with Ken and Western State..6/2/23

We were at the plumbing store and we were going to pick up tankless water heater that this other company was going to install. We waited for quite a few minutes for the company to call us back and while we were there, we bumped into Bo and we started talking. Bo was heaven sent. Long story short, Bol was able to accommodate us the same day and installed our tankless water heater and we were very appreciative of his work, professionalism and service . He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend this company and Bo to anyone who wants a tankless water heater installed.

Matt and Dillon were great. Explained everything they were doing and took care of it quickly since air conditioning needed to be shut off.

Had new heat pump units installed and maintained by Western States on two different homes and am very happy with their performance. All technicians that they have dispatched have been professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and on time as scheduled.
