We have a very old unit (installed in 1977) which gets serviced by Universal every spring before monsoon. Josh knows this type of unit very well and keeps it going. Very congenial and is in/out in 45 minutes. Couldn’t be happier.

Do not call anyone else. Josh is fair, fast, and easy to work with. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows.
